Hello, welcome to my little random nook on the interweb. In this story, as you can tell by the title, there are just going to be random questions that make me dwell on them for to long. Well, lets get on with the first part then.
What if Dogs were an endangered species?
Would there only be dogs in captivitiy or would they still be household pets? Would only certain rich families be able to own dogs, seeing as dogs would be endangered they would most likely cost alot more, or would it be seen as inhumane to own a dog? Would pet stores even be able to have stuff for dogs?
Imagine If you were one of those animal trainers at zoo, yet you worked with the dogs. You would probably have people coming up to you and asking you question at all hours of your job. Questions such as, are you taking care of them correctly, how much your feeding them, what your doing to challenge them so they get exercise but dosen't fustrated the dogs. Imagine everyone looking into the dog exhibit and being amazed that the zoo was able to have dogs as one of the animals. How much could zoo charge for tickets then since they have an endagered species?
Would the dogs still act like the household pets we all know them for or would they act like a wild animal like their ancestors? Would the be seen as dangerous? Would the police be called out of fear and panic if someone saw a dog in their backyard?
Well, I can guess that everyone is happy that we don't live in a unviverse like that. Some people really and truly love their dogs and probbably couldn't bear to part with them. A dog is a member of your family and desveres to be treated as such.
