Y/N: zach I have some bad news

Z: tell me when we get home ok

.we got home,and I'm guessing zach forgot about it,you went to the washroom and looked at yourself in the mirror.

Y/N: what am I going to do,I mean I look normal,I guess that's what he sees,so I wont tell him

.you sat on the toilet,and started to ball your eyes out,when you here zach.

Z: hey babe you in there?

.you wiped your tears away,and answered.

Y/N: ya! Ill be out in a bit

Z: I was just gonna say I'm gonna hang with the boys I'll be home before you know it

Y/N: ok ya,you go do that

Z: ok I love you!

.you unlocked the door,and jumped on Zach.

Z: woah!

Y/N: I love your hugs

.you squeezed zach tight not wanting to let go,but you eventually let go.

Y/N: do you want to play a game?

Z: Im down

Y/N: Its called how long can you stay away from your girlfriend without texting calling,or any contact at all

Z: I can do that..I think,I can try!

Y/N: ill beat you

Z: no I will I am gonna win

Y/N: now go with the boys,I'm gonna go home,but remember no contact ok

.with that he left,and you went to the hospital.

(AT HOSPITAL)

.you were sitting on the bed,and the doctor came in.

DOC: are you ready

Y/N: yes,and if this doesnt go well,and I don't make it can you tell zach herron that y/n love's him to the moon and back,and tell him he has a surprise for him

DOC: I will do that,but I am sure you will make it,I'll make sure of it

.they took you to surgery.

(ZACHS POV.).I got back from hanging out with the boys,and I saw a note by the door that said If your reading this zachy then that means im still out running Airands,I want you to know that I love you so much,and I hope you know that ~love y/n,I smiled as I read it,and I couldnt wait any longer so I texted her,bit there was no answer,so I called her,but a guy answered.

Call..

Z: who is this?

DOC: hi zach im doctor rudy and if your calling y/n she won't be able to answer because she is in surgery

Z: what do you mean surgery is she ok?

DOC: I dont know yet,we havent gotten the results,but we are praying

Z: what happened was she in a accident?

DOC: no she actually had a bad heart,and someone donated there heart to her,since they no longer needed it,and so now she is in surgery

Z: W-WHAT hospital is she at

DOC: I am not supposed to say,but she's at (hospital name)
(STILL ZACHS POV.)

.I hung up,and ran to my car,I get to the hospital,and asked for y/f/n,they said she was still in surgery,and it might take a while,so I stayed in the waiting room walking back and forth,hoping she was going to be ok.
(END OF POV.)

.I was done with surgery,and I woke up,the doctor came in with a smile.

DOC: I told you I'll make sure you would make it

Y/N: thank you so much

DOC: you still need to heal,and....

Y/N: and what??

DOC: someone came to visit you

Y/N: but I didnt tell anyone

DOC: he called

Y/N: oh

DOC: come in sir

.the doctor walked out,and zach walked in.

Z: hey

.he said with tears running down his face.

Y/N: im sorry I didnt tell you

Z: is that what the game was about?

Y/N: ya...I did it incase I didnt make it

Z: Im glad you did make it because I honestly wouldnt know what to do if I lost you

.zach hugged you.
