Read this story of an adventurous 15-year-old who is going through puberty, life struggles, and sexuality.
"queen, get yo ass up and get ready for school" mama yelled
"ugh" I responded
to get out of bed I use the roll method, sometimes It works and sometimes I land on my face, today was one of those days
I grunted as my body flung forward and landed roughly on the cold wooden floor.
"what was that damn noise" mama yelled
"queenie fell on the floor again"trojan, my brother grunted
"shut up you turd monkey," I said untangling my self from my sheets, but trojan paid me no mind and went back to his room. trojan only has two more classes to pass his final year of high school, both of the classes are in the evening.
"queen I don't hear movement" mama nagged from downstairs
"geez, you hawk"I whisper yelled back
"what was that," mama said, I could practically hear the whip she would use to beat my behind
"nothing mama," I said shuffling to my closet
"that's what I thought"I heard her say from downstairs and I just rolled my eyes.
I decided to wear a gray spaghetti strap dress with a gray flannel wrapped around my waist, for shoes I decided to wear my white converse

"finally got your black behind down here," mama said under her breath while fixing my plate with eggs, bacon, sausage, and homemade flakey biscuits, i was practically drooling
"pack your bag for school then yo ass can eat," mama said not even looking away from the pot of grits she makes for trojan

"I already packed it, mama," I said attacking the plate on the counter
"Goodmorning my queen," daddy said coming into the kitchen and kissing my forehead
"and good morning your majesty," daddy said to mama spinning her around the kitchen, mama was squealing her head off.
"yo im trying to get some beauty sleep" trojan shouted from upstairs
