I can hear you. Your breathing getting closer to my ear. My eyes open; gone. The fan blowing cool air onto my neck. The window is crystal clear as the stars fall into the world.
Sit up my eyes are blank like they always are. The grey of green leaves filling color. A name in which I am not accustomed to. Color is such a foreign concept. Your hair was a light green. Faded dye seeping from every corner. The slight yellow tint of your smile was like the sun to me.
The water hits my face. It's cold. I inhaled water filling my lungs. I'm choking on what I need to survive. How crazy? A stone so smooth hits my head. The red of blue water fills my vision. Color still so odd to have in my possession. I look up one more and see the clouds.
I'm flying. My wings gently touch the clouds. The sky smells of childhood dreams. Birds chirp from down below. I see you. Your hair still faded with unkept buns on your head. I hear something. You turn; amber eyes piercing my thoughts.
My eyes open too see a ceiling. The glow-in-the-Dark stars still shining the slight yellow. I yawn. I have never heard my voice before. It's so...odd to have sound. I don't even know what this place is. Where is she?
The grass under my feet feels like I'm walking on air. Everything is so real. All the color is over whelming. Where is she?
A river is flowing, I can hear it. I dip my hands into the water and splash my face. It's cold. Where is she?
I hear footsteps behind me. I turn to see her. Her eyes graze mine, her hair swaying in the wind like trees. She's holding out her hand. I think- I walk forward. I found her.
A sharp pain ripping my stomach. I'm on the ground. Blood seeps from the round wound. My hand travels to the source. I rip it out; it's a bullet.
My eyes close.
I can hear you.
The leaves crunching under your steps. Your hand cups my cheek. I can feel your breath. I welcome the soft touch. You found me.
Your crying.
The gun is in my hand.
I can't see you.
I can't see you.
I can't see you.
Where did you go?
Everything is white.
I can't see you.

I can hear you.
