It was finally the day Tom had been waiting for. He was going to be on the Ellen Show. He was beyond excited. Tom ran up and down the hallway like a kid full of excitement. You and Harrison couldn't help but laugh at Tom and his babbling as we entered the lot. One of the directors took you and Harrison over to your seats while Tom went backstage.

"This'll be fun." Harrison said beaming.
"I know Tom is going to have a blast up there."
"That's not what I mean (y/n)."
"Then what do you mean?" You asked.
"You'll see." He said assuringly. You rolled your eyes just as Ellen took her seat.

You watched Ellen play games with everyone, along with a few giveaways. Then the moment came. Ellen sat back in her chair with a smile.
"My next guest is someone I am quite excited to finally meet. In his upcoming film, Spider-Man Homecoming, he will be playing the famous and quirky Peter Parker. Please give a warm welcome to Tom Holland." She introduced. The crowd went wild. Some girls were practically jumping up and down.

Tom came out with a warm smile and got couldn't help but blush. You've had a small crush on him for a few months but never showed it.
Before you know it, he was sitting right across from Ellen.
"Here we go." Harrison whispered. You looked at him and shook your head, still wondering what he meant.

The interview went on for quite a while before Ellen finally perked up.
"So here's a fun question." She said smiling.
"I don't like where this is going." Tom spoke as he put out his hand to his cheek.
"And you're not going to but I'm going to ask it anyways. So I'm sure most people are wondering what you dating life it like. Anyone special?" Tom immediately went red and started to giggle.
"So there is someone." Ellen said smiling again.
"Maybe..."
"Is there anything we should know?"
"Not really."
"Let me be more specific. Spill." Ellen said and everyone began to laugh. Tom laughed along before finally catching his breath and speaking.

"I kind of have a crush on this girl." Your heart immediately sank at these words. You look over at Harrison and he sat there smiling. You rolled your eyes again.

"For how long?" Ellen asked.
"To be honest, a few months. I just haven't gotten the courage to ask her yet."
"Oh come one. Who wouldn't date you? You hawt, young, and your famous." The crowd laughed once more and you couldn't help but laugh along.

"Well I've know this girl for quite a long time. Even before I was famous. She understands me. She's always there for me and I wouldn't be able to get through a day without her." Tom said blushing. Ellen immediately began to smile. "Well I say you ask her out before it's too late."

"I know." Tom said smiling. "I think I might do it now."
"Like now?" Ellen asked.
"Yeah. She's here."
"Where?"
You pondered for a moment as you watched Tom lock eyes with you. "There." He said. He didn't point. He just said it.
"I don't know where Tom? Just give us her name."
"Her name is (y/n)." Ellen smiled as she grew an idea.
"(Y/n), would you please come down here?" You looked at Harrison as he ushered you to go. You slowly got to your feet and made you way down to Tom. He stood up as you have Ellen a hug.
"Hi Y/n." She said.
"Hi. It's such an honor to meet you." You responded. She then smiled and pointed to Tom. As you turned around, he grabbed your hand and smiled.
"Hi." He said. Ellen stepped back and watched the scene unfold.
"(Y/n). I've known you since we were young kids and I'm so glad we have stayed best friends for so long." He took a deep breath and continued. "But I was hoping that it would turn out to be something more. So, (y/n), will you be my girlfriend?" You could feel you eyes begin to tear up as your dream became a reality.
"Yes Tom. I would love to be your girlfriend." You said. The crowd began to cheer and he pulled you closer to him. Your hands were around his neck as his were around your waist. He leaned in and pulled you into a passionate kiss as the crowd cheered even louder. But you ignored them.
In that moment, it was just you and him.
