chapter 6 part 2

Going back a little in time

It is the day Rose found out that I like her and I'm at Seth's house to hang out. I am watching princess Diaries with him for some reason. I go and hide in a corner because Seth is tired and text Rose. We just text like regular friends for a while, then Rose goes to bed so I go to bed as well.

The next morning (keep in mind my phone is across the room) I wake up at 7: 40am Wichita is the exact time I receive a good morning text from Rose. I reply back a few minutes later. Rose and I begin to text when we just start sending pictures of random things (chairs, coffee, tables, etc.) Then I say a fun fact about death then Rose says something about wanting to die and I tell her she is not allowed to die so she starts arguing with me in different languages. Then Rose texts me "can I die" In French and I say no so she calls me a meanie. Then she texts me je t'aime Wichita means I love you in French (according to google translate) and I don't know what it means because I don't think if using google translate for another three minutes. I figure out what it means and tell her je t'aime aussi which means love you too. Then she texts me in French saying seuls les imbéciles tombent pour toi which means only fools fall for you (at this point Seth is awake) and I call Rose a fool. Then she calls me a flower so I quote Troye Sivan's song bloom I only bloom for you. I eventually ask Rose how she feels about me liking her for the second time and she replies with
I do not know, I do not want to ruin our friendship by doing anything and I say okay. She then says but at the same time... And leaves me wandering at the same time what? I would not mind going to a date or something .... Is what she says to me and I die on the inside because Seth has been trying to read the conversation for ten minutes. But I don't let him read them.

I eventually let Seth trying to figure out what it says (it's all in French) and then I tell him what it says and at this point I am shaking like all hell from anxiety. And me and Rose set up a date ish for sometime in July.
