Chapter 8 Testing 123
I felt my hands balling up. A wind came from nowhere blowing everything around. Everyone had on a scared expression on their faces except for Jane. She looked deligheted, but why? I finally figured out why. I just confirmed to her what I was. I hurried out of the cafeteria and stormed out the door. The wind blew harder than ever. I really wanted to get back to Scarlett to tell her I didn't want to do this. Something was scratching my throat. I clawed at my neck trying to get rid of it. I saw a woman that looked about 20. I started making my way to her.
"Hey!"
She ignored me and started walking faster. In a second I was right next to her.
"I said hey."
"I heard now what do you want from me?"
The wind was blowing her hair all around her face. I pushed a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Aren't you a little young?"
I pulled her face to mine and even though she said that she didn't fight back. I pulled her into a dark ally. She pushed me away from her though.
"Stop I don't even know you!"
The scratching started hurting. Really bad. I kissed her again though. She was fighting, but I could barely feel a thing. I kissed her neck. My gums started hurting. I opened my mouth and bit down. She let out a little yelp, but didn't say anything else. She sighed content, but I didn't stop. Something warm filled my mouth. It tasted amazing. It helped the scratching, but didn't do much. I held up the woman. It didn't feel like she was breathing. I dropped her limp body. Disgusted at what I had done. I felt horrified. I didn't know what to do with her body. I ran as fast as I could to where Scarlett took me yesterday.
"Scarlett!"
She spun around suprised.
"What?"
"I killed and the wind and ah!"
I couldn't get the words out fast enough and started crying.
"Slow down. Now tell me what happened."
After I told her she seemed to consider about what to do.
"Come on."
She pulled on my arm and led me to a room. Inside were obsticales of all sorts I was stunned at all the things in here, but still worried about the woman.
"What about the woman I killed?"
"You didn't kill her and someone is working on that. Now we are going to see how powerful you just are."
"How?"
"You will see. First let's test out what powers you have in your vampire part."
Scarlett's P.O.V.
When he told me what he did I was impressed. How he lured that girl and got her blood and how he controlled the elements.
"Ok first I want to see how long it takes you to run around this room."
"Um ok?"
"Well get to it."
"Uh I just did."
"No you didn't."
"Yeah I did."
He was even more impressive than I thought. No vampire in the world could run as fast as he could. Not even his mom and she was the vampire of all vampires.
"Ok... Now see if you can tell what I'm thinking."
I thought about what I had for breakfest.
"You had pancakes for breakfest."
I wonder what other powers he had. Not many vampires could read minds.
*End of testing*
By the end I found out that Adam could run very fast, read minds, turn invisible, see the future, control people's mind, supernatural strength, and we still haven't discovered everything. If he could do this with no experience at all then what could he do when he had full control?
