Gabby's P.O.V. "Ok guys y'all have training first thing in the morning at 5 ok?" "Ok" Grayson climb onto my bunk with a deck of cards "Wanna play cards?" "Sure I love playing cards" "same" He smiled at me and I smiled shyly at him a little while he was passing out the cards. We were betting money so I put down 25$ and he put down 35$, I smirked at him because I was the master of cards I win every game I play and we were playing for awhile while a couple of people were watching us "I got 2kings 1queen 8 of diamonds 5 of hearts and 2 of diamonds what u got Gab?" He put his cards facing me while he was smirking at me and everyone was watching us and saying "OOOooOoOoo" "6 Aces beat that!!!! I WIN!!!!!" I slammed my cards on the bed facing him and his mouth dropped "HOW!?!?!!" "You better pay up boy" I held my hand out and laughed while he got his wallet out and handed me the money "Thanks Gray" I smiled and kissed his cheek and counted up my money I got 60$ now and I stuck it in my wallet "Who wants to play poker?" General Chris said and we all looked at him and I raised my hand and everyone was shocked "Ok sommerlatte your on" I smiled and got off my bunk and so did Grayson and he followed me and he stoped me and whispered in my ear "Good luck better not lose" I smiled "Don't worry I won't" I said back and sat at the table and pulled out my wallet. Chris pulled out 200$ in cash, shit what am I going to put down I thought to myself, Grayson was next to me while everyone else was around the table "pull out 120" he whispered and I nodded so I did and put it aside of me while Chris was shuffling the deck of cards and passed then out, I had to win I ain't losing my money. "I got 5 Aces Sommerlatte what about you?" He put down his cards, "6 ACES BOYYYY!!!!!!!" I put down my cards "BEAT THAT!!!!!" "WHAT??!!!?" He passed me his money with his mouth dropped to the ground and he was confused "I told you I wasn't going to lose" I smirked and stuck the money in my wallet and went on my bunk and went on my phone texting my brother Gabby🤠:boyyyy am so happy lol Chris😂💯: what's happen? We were all in our bunks talking and stuff Chris came out with uniforms "ok everyone get your uniform they changed it to today and once you get them on you need to come to me." "Ok" I grabbed mine and put it on, I was the only girl in there because I was tomboy so I guess they thought I could handle it and they were right I can. And I got on my uniform and meet Chris, everyone came to him "ok we're doing a drawing for a day so whoever get their name drawn they get a dog from the base and get to have it forever,ok? So go get a pices of paper and put your name on it and put it in this bucket" we all did what he told us and he draw a piece of paper "Gabby Sommerlatte" I smiled "Come here so we can go get it" "ok" I grabbed Grayson's hand and dragged him along with me I smiled at him. When we got there we looked around and I found this one dog that look special to me

And then when I got under the covers Bailey came right beside me and layed down so I put my arm around him and rubbed his back. I couldn't go to sleep and I didn't know why and I saw a light where Grayson was so I was guessing he couldn't go to sleep either so I looked at him upside down and I was hanging from my bunk, "Can't go to sleep either?" "Yeah am so used to my twin brother bothering me or doing something stupid to me" "same except Chris is my brother we aren't twins" "cool" "yeah" I went back on my bunk and looked at the ceiling until Grayson climbed the latter to me "mind if I join?" I laughed a little "Sure" I moved Bailey to the end of the bed and scooted against the wall and he layed down next to me facing me. We talked and talked and I learned more stuff about him and he learned more stuff about me, we were like best friends now, it was like 1:20 in the morning so we decided to go to sleep.
