"If you think this place is all sunshine and roses, well, you're right. All of this was designed to your taste, to what you believe you deserve,"
The little girl's wide eyes scan the world of candy and sun and fluff surrounding her. It seems as though it stretches for forever. Her face contorts into a puzzled expression.
"But.... how did I get here?" She queries, looking around for the source of the booming voice that had brought her here.
Again, out of the clouds, the gentle but resonating voice pounds down on her. "We will talk about that when you're ready. For now, just explore and enjoy."
Once again she looks around and then focuses on the sky, "Where are my parents?"
This time, the booming voice doesn't respond. It seems as though it has disappeared, and she looks at her feet, which are sweating inside their plastic dress up flats. A feeling of melancholy washes over her as she starts to realize she might not be going back home. "Is this heaven?"
The voice returns, "Yes, my dear child."
