Introduction

"I can't believe this" Harry said falling backwards on his bed with a shy, dimpled smile on his face.

He'd just got back home from the X - factor after being eliminated and then re-selected and put into a band with four other boys.

He'd always known he had a charm for performing on stage. He was able to built his confidence because of his position as the lead singer in his school band 'The White Eskimos'. They performed in weddings for a cheap amount which was awesome for the bride and the groom who weren't so well off to afford a professional band. And The White Eskimos were quite dope considering their young age. They had even competed in several inter-school competitions, although luck did not favour them to win, but that never brought them down. That made them work harder and harder to achieve their goal next time.

But when they didn't call out Harry's name during bootcamp, the self-confidence that he had built up so well over the years, kept dropping like fuel tank of a car and his anxiety doubling up. He was called on stage, cheeks still damp from all the tears and eyes still hazy due to the new tears building up.

But all those tears of sorrow, all those feelings of anxiety, adrenaline was converted into what you could say - happiness, would be an understatement when Simon Cowell announced that he was put in a boyband.

When Simon announced that they decided to give the lot a chance, all the five boys couldn't believe what they just heard. Harry didn't even know how to react because he was overwhelmed. But naturally his body made him walk towards Louis, almost as if he was hypnotised to walk that way and immediately felt a small yet heavy boy jump into his arms like a koala on a tree. And that boy wasn't just anyone.
He was Louis.

Harry lay still on his bed, with that huge smile still sprawled across his face. He shut his eyes, took a deep breath and his mind raced back to February 8, 2009. His 'The Script' concert in Manchester, where he first met Louis.
