I pull up to the school on my new bike and lock it up then I walk in the school drenched
"Ew look there he goes" some one whispers
"I heard he was talking to himself in the bathroom"
"Hey Dan weed" someone calls behind me
"Really troy Dan weed that was the best you could come up with"I respond
"Maybe you would prefer my fist to your face"
"Oh please don't harm me troy" I say sarcasticaly
"Ha that's what I thought" he says satisfied
"I didn't know you could think" I say under my breath
"What was that freak "
"Nothing troy" I say as I walk away
"Yea that's right go and cry to mommy and daddy" he hollered
I turn around and a chorus of of student all gasp at one including troy
"What did you say" I say angry
I move closer to troy
"WHAT DID YOU SAY" I say louder but for some reason it's not my voice like it came from mouth but it wasn't my voice
"Hey danny" I hear a voice behind me
I turn to meet the person
"WHAT" I say realising the mistake I just made
"Uhhhhh" I am punched in the gut by a force
"Don't raise your voice at me"
"Sorry AJ I don't know what came over me"
"Tell me about it your fist seemed like they were on fire"
"Ok ok get to class people" says Ms.rucker "that includes you too Mr. ward and Ms. Jackson
"Yes ma'am" we say in unison
"Come on lets get to first period danny"
"Yes my favorite class of the day mythic history and energy"
I walk in late which is unusual for me Mr bark stops writing on the chalk board
"Mr ward Ms. Jackson your late" he says kind of minacing
"Sorry Mr bark won't happen again" I say"
"Sorry Mr bark won't happen again" AJ says mocking me
We take our seats in The back of the class
"Now that were alone I gotta ask you how did you do that black fire trick with your fist in the hallway and the voice thing"
"What are you talking about" I ask
"Don't play dumb Danny the prank you did on troy In The hall" she says puzzled
"What prank" I started to get angry if you haven't noticed I have a bit of a anger problem
"Mhmmm" Mr bark clears his throat
"Is there any thing you wanna share with the class"
"No sir" I say startled
"Ok then maybe you can tell me the difference between a divine being and a deity"
"Um I believe a deity is one who is placed in a position of God over a certain craft or force a divine being is one in a God position over deities and has one unique weakness that no other being has" I say
I have no idea how I knew that and I don't think I could say it again if I tried
"Thank you Mr ward" mr bark says he looks more puzzled than me and so does everybody else for that matter except for AJ I think she's sleep actually
Mr bark goes back to teaching about a deities energy link to the God and what would happen if the divine being some how died
The bell rings "Finally I didn't know how much more I could take" AJ says as she awakes like clock work with the bell
"Seriously you were sleep the whole time and I find it quite interesting and it's a easy A" I say gathering my things
We head out and continue our day of school
I'm at my locker "hey Danny"
I hear a voice call out and the only person that calls me Danny is Aj and aunt barb
"Hello" I say turning to meet the face with the voice it's a girl I've never seen before browned skin green eyes and a big braid going down from her hair to her back
"Do I know you" I say puzzled
"oh sorry I'm Jasmine I sit next to you in Mr bark's class" she repsonds
"The only person that sits next to me in class is..."
"Yea I'm one desk over" she says interupting me embarrassed
"Oh" I say feeling silly
"Well I was wondering if you could help me with the project we have in there"
"We have a project ?" I ask
Yea he was going over it when you and AJ was talking it's about divine energy and the forces of one's soul and I thought since you seem to know a lot about divinity and all that you could help me with my paper"
"I'm sure what time were you thinking and where"
"How about today and at my house"
"Sorry no can do it's my birthday and AJ and I were going to juice's arcade"
"That's cool see you there" she says as she walks away
"wait what" but she continues to walk away "oh AJ is not gonna like this"
