"Rather lively, aren't you?" she questioned as Erwin walked back over to the two of you.

"Petra continue preparing the horses. I'm organising an expedition for tomorrow," Erwin explained as the blonde looked at the Commander in shock. "Sorry to throw you straight into the fire, (L/N)," the blonde haired man added as you grinned.

"No, no, it's fine," you replied as he motioned for you to follow him.

You settled into the barracks rather nicely as everyone greeted you politely. You met most of the different squads and leaders, the last person you were supposed to meet was somebody called Hanji Zoe.

You knocked on a large wooden door, waiting patiently for someone to answer it.

When it did open, a man much taller than yourself stared down at you. He had bright blonde hair and a rather dark beard and moustache, which oddly reminded you of the Commander.

He stared at you for a moment while you stared back at him. You tilted your head to the side as he blinked at you.

"I'm looking for Squad Leader Hanji Zoe," you stated as the man looked behind him and stepped to the side, allowing you into the room.

As soon as you stepped in, the quiet man started to... sniff you? You looked at him in confusion as he sniffed you.

The only other person in the room, who you assumed was Hanji, sighed as she placed the goggles she was wearing around her neck and turned around.

She watched for a moment, furrowing her eyebrows. Her companion was... sniffing a lot more than he normally did.

The taller man couldn't seem to get enough. Your smell intoxicated him. You smelt like (F/S) and he honestly found it captivating.

You looked away from the sniffing man, practically begging the other woman in the room to remove him from you. The brunette haired woman cleared her throat as the man stopped sniffing and quickly moved away from you.

"Thank you. Are you Hanji Zoe?" you questioned as the brunette nodded her head once.

"I am, you must be (Y/N). This is Mike. I'm sorry but it's always been a habit of his to sniff new people. He's one of the strongest in the Corps though," Hanji greeted as you looked at the man and gave a small wave.

"I mean... most of us just, you know, wave," you stated as the man gave a small smile. Hanji watched the interaction with interest before interrupting the two of you.

"You're here for your ODM Gear, right? Here we go. All sorted for you," Hanji spoke as she patted the metal equipment sitting on the wooden table in the room.

"Yeah, that's great. Thank you, Hanji," you grinned, walking over to the table and picking the equipment up.

"Feel free to take it when you'd like. We have an expedition tomorrow, so it's time to rest up now," the brunette replied as she started to usher out of the room, leaving you with Mike.

"Do you want help carrying that?" the taller, extremely well-built man asked as you picked up half of the equipment and puffed your cheeks out slightly. You hated making two trips, but you didn't want to be a pain.

"No thanks, I don't want to be an inconvenience," you answered as Mike walked over and picked up the rest of the equipment.

"It'll save you a trip," he replied as he stood, waiting patiently for you to lead the way. You gave a slightly shy, yet nervous smile to the taller man.
