Zack and Mira were talking to each other, each of them having a small gift bag in their hands.

All of them were nervous about their gift choices, but your birthday came too soon to exchange the gifts.

So when the cross dresser approached the classroom, Vasco stopped her before she went in. Zoe took the chance to sneak inside to prepare her gift while you were distracted with the intimidating student.

"Hey! What's wrong, Vasco?" You had to tilt your head to properly see his face, which was scrunched into a terrifyingly intense look.

Jace stepped in, pushing out Vasco's arm to reveal a gift bag.

"Here, he bought this for you."

You frowned, accepting the gift. "What for?" You peered inside, only seeing white tissue paper that matched the bag.

"Your birthday," Vasco stated monotonously, the first words he seemed to say since the day had began.

"Huh? That thing is today?" Your eyebrows furrowed before you reached in the bag and pulled out a pair of gloves; you realized that they were large, red boxing gloves. Your eyes lit up. "Wait, how did you know I was practicing my punches?"

"Your hands," Vasco replied calmly, which made you instinctively cover them behind your back.

"Wow, you noticed? Thank you so much!" After a second of thought, you tackled the two boys into a hug, giggling like a madman. Your laughs drowned out Jace's complaints and made everyone stare at you.

The warning bell rang and you were forced to let the both of them go from your hug.

"Thank you, again! I don't know what to say, honestly. But, please go to class!" You gently shoved them towards the direction of their classroom before waving goodbye and disappearing into your own class.

Vasco complied with your request, walking stiffly towards the men-filled classroom. The students passing by can see tears pooling in his eyes and slowly dropping down his face. Jace sighed while following him, somehow knowing what his soft-hearted friend is doing.

"Don't cry, Vasco."

The moment you entered the classroom, you spot the flat, but huge box lying on the top of your desk.

"To [f/n], was written in fancy print.

"What the . . ." You look around for an answer, but you only got shrugs from Zoe and Jay.

Scared that it was a prank, you grabbed a meter stick from the back of the room to open the box from a few desks away.

Nothing popped out, much to your surprise.

You returned to your seat, and took out the contents of the box.

"HOLY—" you clamped your hand over your mouth, gawking at the fancy gamer's laptop that was now sitting over the cardboard box.

Jay smirked, poking at your cheek to see if you responded. You turned to him with an ecstatic smile, quickly tearing off any styrofoam or plastic that was protecting the device from damage.

You squealed in happiness when it lit up, quickly downloading applications such as F0rtn!t3 and LOLOL onto the laptop.

From afar, a chubby girl looked at your excited reactions and smiled proudly.
