*~^Chapter 3: Power Drainage, Recognition, and The First Show^~* (Part 1)

Y/N's POV

Me and Will had eventually fallen asleep next to each other. I woke up a few hours later to the searing pain in my chest I groaned in the quietest way possible and rolled off of the mattress and onto the cold hard ground. I heard the door to our room open, I looked over to see Dipper looming over my small figure,

"Get ready for tonight! Mabel will be back in four hours to fix you up for the show tonight, I want you and Will to go to the store to get some decorations for the tent, I want you both back by 5" He dropped three 100 dollar bills and a folded piece of paper next to me and left with the door cracked open slightly. 'Damn, I forgot that these guys are rich.' I thought. I whimpered a tiny bit when I tried to get on my feet. I held my side and kept the urge to scream at the back of my mind. I accidentally let out a loud groan and fell to my knees, I heard a soft gasp and felt a hand touch my shoulder, I looked out of the corner of my eye to see Will looking at me with a concerned face, he looked like he was about ready to cry,

"I'm okay Will, m-my side just hurts, I will get used to it, " I said, he hesitantly nodded and helped me to my feet. He picked up the folded piece of paper and the money and led me over to the door.

"I-I'm guessing that D-Dipper w-wanted us to g-go to the store f-for something?"He asked I nodded and told him we needed to get decorations for the tent. We made it out of the mansion and my chest started to burn harder, I groaned and clung to Will for support,

"Are you okay?! D-do you n-need an a-ambulance?! M-maybe an I-" I hushed him and told him I was fine

"Will I'm okay. My side just needs to heal." After I said the word heal he immediately perked up and snapped his fingers,

"H-healing! That's it! I-I can h-heal you!" he exclaimed, I shook my head

"No! Will! You need to save your power for tonight's show! Dipper and Mabel would kill you!" I said I started to cry myself for fear that they would hurt Will again. 'Wait does this mean I may like him?' I asked myself, I saw Will blush and hide his face with his free arm, I giggled slightly and pulled him towards the Reverse Falls Mall. My side stopped hurting a few minutes after we had arrived, it took us about an hour and a half to get decorations. We were standing in the check out line when I noticed a small chubby albino kid walk right behind us with a girl that had blonde hair wearing a sweater, they waited in line right behind us, I got a little shy and leaned into Will and nervously held his hand, he gave me a puzzled look, I nudged him and pointed with my finger in the direction of the two behind us. He nodded and put an arm around me, I blushed like mad and pulled my shirt up to cover my mouth and my cheeks,

"Hey! Gideon! aren't you excited to see the Gleeful Twins show tonight?!" I heard the girl ask the chubby kid. I nervously held a breath as I heard their conversation.

"Ugh, Pacifica! I don't even know why we are going! Uncle Bud doesn't want us to go near the Tent of Telepathy. I can use the free time to decode the journals!" The kid known as Gideon ranted on, I heard Pacifica sigh with annoyance

"But they have a new trick! They say that there is going to be a new girl on stage performing the saw act." My face Immediately went pale when Pacifica was done talking. Will side-hugged me and whispered to me.

"Its ok, I-it will b-be a-an illusion, Y-you won't a-actually b-be sawed i-in half," he said, I shakily let out a strangled breath and moved up farther into the line.

"Oh! Yeah, I forgot, I think they said her name was Y/N?" Gideon question himself, I shook a tiny bit when he mentioned my name. 

"Yeah! I hope she will be nicer to us, Dipper and Mabel are straight buttholes to us!" Pacifica huffed and crossed her arms, I chuckled and looked forward seeing that we were next in line. After getting everything paid for and into bags we started to head back to the mansion, I heard a squeal and heard someone say my name, it was Pacifica,

"Ooh! You must be Y/N! My name is Pacifica Southeast! This is my cousin Gideon Pines! I love sweaters, I have a pet pig! Want to be friends?! Are you nice? Do you like-" Pacifica was cut off by Gideon slapping his hand over Pacifica's mouth, he apologized with a sigh

"I am so sorry for her, she can get very excited when meeting new people. I am Gideon, I could not help but notice you looked exactly like the girl on the poster for the Gleeful Twins show tonight." He said I gave him a confused look,

"A poster? I never saw one around here for the show." I stated looking at my surroundings to see if I could spot one that I may have missed. He giggled and held out a poster for me to look at,

"They gave everyone a poster, they don't like to put them up for some strange reason, so they usually go from house to house to hand them out." He said I look at the poster to see my face at the top with Text saying the date time and any other info.

I stared at the poster for a good minute, Will tapped on my shoulder and pointed towards his watch, I gasped and handed Gideon his poster back,

"We should really get going, We need to go prepare for the show tonight, see Ya!" I yelled I dragged Will over to the tent as we started to decorate it.

*~^TIME SKIP!!!^~*

I was backstage behind the blue curtains, Mabel had dressed me in a Blue dress that faded to white, it was very sparkly and ended at my ankles, she had given me white flats and put my hair up in a tight bun. I was very nervous, my palms were sweaty and I was shaking. Will came over and hugged me,

"I-Its ok, y-you will d-do f-fine. just w-wait for m-my signal." Will said, I nodded, The music started on the speakers, that was my Que to turn the fog machine on, I watched as Dipper and Mabel walked onto the stage slowly.

"LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! WELCOME TO THE TENT OF TELEPATHY!!! WE HOPE THAT OUR SHOW WILL BRING JOY TO ALL OF YOU! NOW, SIT BACK AND ENJOY OUR SHOW!!" The Twins shouted in sync.

'The show has begun'
