You Don't know me

Chapter 1

Serena's POV

I woke up as the rays of sunlight hit my eyes. I slowly sat up in bed and rubbed my eyes. I looked towards my clock and noticed I had woken up earlier than usual - so hopefully it's a good day! I got out of bed and did my usually wash up and grabbed my usual clothes to wear to school. The only problem is I easily get recognised. Even as I went on my journey with Calem and Dawn to become Kalos Queen - I kept getting rushed by fans. I like them but they can be quiet annoying at times.

Calem participated in the Kalos League but fell short in the final to a Pikachu and Charizard. But no one has heard of the champion since so Calem gets more recognised in Kalos. I then heard a crash from next door. It's probably loser Ash. There's always loud bangs in house probably him just being a loser. He's so annoying I don't know why but in childhood he would always annoy me with his friend Gary but Gary has become chill now and they've become distant for some reason. Why do I care.

I went downstairs and found my break-fast ready on the table with a note. I read it and found out my mom and dad left early for work. I quickly ate my breakfast, and headed out the door. I then saw the loser boy on his front porch as well - he had a hood on this time - which I found surprising. I then saw his dad yell.

"Get going to school - if you'll be late just wait" I heard him shout before he looked at me. He nodded and headed back in. "Come on loser listen to your dad!" I shouted and headed away - I was surprised he didn't return anything usually he would.

I ignored it and went to school where I met up with my boyfriend Calem and best friend Dawn. "Hey babe!" Calem said and kissed my cheek. I hugged him in return. "Hey Dawn!" I then turned to the blue haired girl who smiled and hugged me.

"Should we get to Pokémon battling then - I heard we have a past champion coming and teaching us stuff today" Dawn said. This obviously got Calem excited. And me as well - I liked battling but performing was better. But to meet a champion will be great.

We then headed to the battlefield where we saw our teacher professor sycamore. "Hello guys and welcome to something special today!" Sycamore said and everyone was gazing at him.

"Well today we'll be taught by a former champion who was recently over thrown by I'm sure you've heard the name, Red" Sycamore started. This Red was an amazing trainer and our age and he's achieving stuff more than adults have in their lives. "Today's champion is Cynthia" Sycamore announces and the beautiful blonde walked in from behind the teachers.

She was rather a tall figure I thought but she was elegant in her ways. I then heard movement behind and I saw loser boy Ketchum join the group. I saw Sycamore notice and have a quiet word with him while Cynthia talked to the class. Ash looked cold and when he removed his hood he had a black eye. I winced in pain at the sight of it.

She then told us to get into partners and stand next to them. I walked towards Dawn while Calem went to Paul. Ash was trying to walk away but Calem tripped him over and the whole class burst into laughter. "You should really pay attention to where your going - probably how you got your black eye" everyone started to laugh again. So was I - it was funny seeing the loser on the floor. I noticed he had fainter scratches on his cheek and neck.

"Don't tell me your going to cry? You want your mommy?" Calem taunted and this is when Ash flipped. I saw him get up and grab Calem by the collar. I instantly ran over and pulled Ash away.

"Hey chill - can't you see it's a a joke" I said and gave him a light push. "No one talks about my mother like that or next time I'll make sure I put my fist through their face" Ash said and it totally caught me off guard.

"Alright stop fighting right now - and young man you should learn manners as well. You don't talk to to fellow students like that" Cynthia said talking to Ash. This got Ash pissed and I saw him clenching his fists.

"Just shut up!" Ash shouted and this got the whole class in silence. "Don't talk to me like that... maybe there's a reason why you get picked you act weak and don't show yourself the right way" She said and everyone. Ash simply looked at her then began walking away.

"Your father will Here about this" Sycamore Shouted But Ash didn't respond and walked away and into the school building.

Ash's POV

I didn't go to any lessons until after lunch. I was beyond pissed that I was made a clown by a respected woman. Looks like there isn't anyone in this world I cannot trust except my Pokémon.

I walked away from the crowd and headed to Pokémon history. I looked on the board at the seating plan and saw myself on the end but next to Serena. I couldn't stand her. Always Ms Perfect. Ms popular. It just drives me crazy. I saw her walk in and have the same reaction as she knew she sat next to me. She tried hard to move but professor Rowan wouldn't budge.

"Why do I have to sit next to the git" I heard her say but insults at me were useless. I don't really care. But if it came to my mother I would break someone's face. I saw Serena looking at me. "What you looking at" I growled.

"Your stupid face has a black eye" She said.

"Well that was hard to spot wasn't it? Want a medal?" I replied and scoffed. I could tell she was pissed off. "Hey don't talk..." But she was cut off as professor Rowan shouted. "Serena so tell me, which is the only Pokémon which does not require a mega stone to mega evolve?" Rowan asked. I could tell she had no answer so I wrote it on a piece of paper and put it on her lap. She picked it up and read out loud.

"Greninja" I heard her say and I just stared out the window. I didn't need a thanks from that brat. "Well... next time just make sure you focus at the board and not talk" Rowan said and he continued with the lesson. I saw out the corner of my eyes her looking at me.

"Didn't you listen - focus" I said and looked out the window once again. "Jeez so arrogant" I heard once more.

"Whatever"
