Monday 9:14 A.M.
Mary comes running thru the doors of the diner due to being late tying her red apron around her waist.
"Joey I'm so sorry I'm late my alarm didn't go off!"she yells in frustration
"this is the second time this week Mary, your fifteen min late"
"I know, I know it won't happen again I promise!"
"fine get to work you have tables 15"
"thank you"
Relived, Mary makes her way to table 15 only to see Molly, Bryan and Jake sitting looking at there menus. She sighs and walks up to the table
"Hi welcome to the LA diner can I start you off with your drinks?"
"well look who it is guys,Mary Rogers"
Says Jake
"hi Jake" Mary says in a melancholy voice
"get me a soda and them Water and do me a favor, don't mass it up it's rather simple"
"....ok"
Mary walks into the kitchen feeling her eyes starring to water as she thinks about what Jake said as he was referring to something that had happen in the past
As she walks out with there drinks she hears the door ring signaling another costumer has come in
"one soda and two waters"
"I didn't get a soda"says Jake
"yes you did"
"Mary it's morning I'm having brake fast why the hell would I drink soda."
"what did you order then Jake"she says getting annoyed
".....lemonade"
"ok one lemonade coming up"
She walks into the kitchen getting a lemonade for Jake when she here's Joey yell at her
"Mary table 14!"
She jumps at the sudden outbreak and nods her head walking back out. She knows her eyes are probably starting to turn red but doesn't care
"here you go"
"k bye slut well let you know when we are rest to order"Molly says
Mary walls over to the next table to two man who she swears she has seen before but puts the thought to the side
"hi welcome to the LA diner can I start you off with your drinks?"
She looks up to see the cutest face staring at her smiling
"yes thank you can I have a water and, what do you want Chris?(evens) "the man asks the also vary attractive man
"can I also have a water?"
"ok two waters I'll be right back with that "
Both of the men smile and go back to looking at the menu while Mary just thinks about where she has seen them before
