welcome to neotech. where technology unites us all. i will be your tour guide, mark lee. follow me, now!

the group of freshmen shuffle over to the main hall. it was one of the most aesthetically pleasing places of the school. beautifully tiled and cleaner than anything you've ever seen.

"welcome, students, to the main hall! yes, photos are allowed, go ahead. this, ladies and gentlemen, is where you'll find most of our students hanging out. over there to the left, you can see our cushioned- yes, cushioned, seats! they're warm, they're comfy, did i mention cushioned?"

the tour guide, mark lee, rambled on and on about each different part of the school, with the trail of freshmen following after him. one of them, named park jisung- or something like that- kept asking these weird questions, but mark didn't mind. the guy seemed nice.

finally, the grand question came up:
"why do people keep discussing the student council president and that.. hyunjae guy?"

mark let out a loud laugh, "okay, okay. first, it's jaehyun. second-" even more laughing, "it's a reaaaaally long story. simply put, they hate each other, and we have no idea why! being in student council and the basketball team can get really tiring because of their constant complaining. i'm saying that from firsthand experience, too!"

mark continued to explain a bit more of the situation, when an idea suddenly came up.

"oh! i have a secret video of one of their arguments on my phone! uh.. i'm not supposed to be doing this, but- uh.. we'll say it's for educational purposes!"

PLAY.

"jung.. why are you here again?" the recording plays, it's the council's president. he sounds mildly- no, very annoyed.

"well, kim. i'm here to make a request.. for the basketball team, of course." basketball team captain, jung jaehyun, replied, a hint of playfulness in his tone. he seems to enjoy teasing the president.

"request?" the elder sighs, "fine. it is my duty to listen to students' requests."

"okay.. my request is.." the other boy leans in, close to doyoung's ear, and whispers something inaudible.

the president's face goes a light, yet still noticeable shade of pink, before he pushes jaehyun away, and storming out of the room. a "jung jaehyun, you will regret that! your behaviour is unacceptable!" is heard as said boy chuckles.

behind the camera, mark speaks up: "what.. what did you say?"

"don't worry about it, bro," jaehyun smirked, "just me having fun, watching the 'perfect' and 'proper' president, so flustered by whatever i say."

"damn.. sadistic." is the last thing you hear, before the video cuts.

END. play again?

"neotech.. technology reaaaally unites us, huh? through blackmail.." mark mumbled.

"well, that's it! that's what their relationship looks like.. any questions?" he then asks, putting his phone back into his back pocket.

"yeah, uh.. what if they're secretly dating?" asks the jisung guy.

"you.. i like you," says mark, "i've thought of that before, but i'm starting to think that isn't the case.. i don't know, it's too much of a romance plot, you know?"

tour is ending, please leave the campus.

"oh! that's all for tonight. thank you all for joining me on the tour. see you guys once the semester starts! by the way.. please, do not speak of the video.. i don't wanna be kicked out of student council or the basketball team."

[student council] <
neotech's treasured student council. it is composed of some of the most productive and intelligent students on campus. they are the heart and soul of the school. these students are dedicated to their work, yet they still know how to enjoy.

current members:
president kim dongyoung (doyoung).
vice president and treasurer
lee young heum (ten).
secretary kim jungwoo.
head of communication
lee minhyung (mark).

members are chosen before the beginning of each semester, by physical or online elections. students can either go to campus to watch candidates' speeches and cast their votes at the library or watch them online and submit votes in the council vote section of the website.

as of now, the student council has a free slot for the position of student officer.

[basketball team] <
our basketball team! a fairly new thing to our academy. the basketball team is made of the best ballers on campus. these fast, strong, attractive young men and women compete in nation-wide competitions to bring home that bread (are we cool enough yet?)

try-outs happen before the beginning of each semester (similarly to the student council). players that are judged "most valuable/mvp" may be invited to the team for the next semesters. there is currently no maximum number of players for the team.
