First I think I'll introduce myself; my name is Nicole and I'm 16, I'm a sophomore in high school and I get decent grades. I have a small circle of really close friends you will learn more about if you choose to read on. I will give them different names to protect their privacy though, seems like the right thing to do. I don't know how interesting this will be I think we'll just have to see how it goes. Ok now that you know who I am let's get to what happened today. It's a Saturday so I didn't have school, I didn't really do anything. Since I'm supposed to be describing the most interesting thing I did today i guess I'll talk about my new phone. I was hitting up garage sales with my mom and the second one we went to had basically nothing. The people hosting it had the cutest little puppy I'm not sure what kind of puppy it was but it had a long snout, light brown spots, floppy ears and the bluest eyes I've ever seen on any creature, moving on. On one of the two white plastic tables there was an iPhone box. I checked and sure enough there was a brand new one inside. The woman who lived there told us that it was her moms and that she had only had it for two weeks and just couldn't get used to the technology so she was selling it. For thirty dollars. I know it's a crazy deal, it is an iPhone five though so I don't actually know if it's a great deal but anyway. We get home and I charge it up only to learn that it doesn't have a SIM card and it won't start up without one so I had to convince my mom to drive all the way back to town, we live in small city about 30 minutes away from it. We went to Walmart and had a pretty bad experience with the first worker we found. She was a pretty sour person, she had colored hair and cheek piercings which I thought looked pretty cool but she was really grumpy and unhelpful. While we were thinking or what she said to us another worker came over and asked how we were doing, he was a handsome young man named Marcus. He was fit and had a gravelly voice which soothed kind of like Morgan Freeman's does. He told us accurate information and gave us what we needed. It was a much better time once we actually got a helpful worker. I set it up in the store to make sure I wouldn't be stranded at home without help and it works beautifully, I'm using it right now to write this actually. That's all I have to report today, I'll write another addition tomorrow.
