Open natin si Picsart.Then click niyo ang "+" na nasa baba at lalabas katulad ng nasa 2 pic.Click draw and choose your desire size.I choose 1x1,icon size ang pinili ko.

Sa first layer.I fill the layer with the color black.Sa 2nd layer empty siya diba?.Click niyo ang image na may "+" sign na nasa lower right side and click photo.Mag aadd photo tayo sa 2nd layer.Hanapin niyo ang pic na gusto niyo lagyan ng smoke effect.Then click "√"

First layer na fill ng black and the 2nd layer ay ang pic ng png.Click niyo ang tatlong horizontal Dot na nasa gilid.Then may lalabas na transform,copy,merge.Click niyo ang Merge.Para mag merge ang 1 and 2nd layer.Add another empty layer by clicking the "+" sign na katabi ng trashcan icon.

Sa first layer yung minerge kong 1st and 2nd layer kanina.Then naging isang layer na sila.Yung 2nd Layer is empty diba? Add photos tayo.Sa layer na ito apply niyo ang smoke png.Nilagyan ko ng nasa gilid ng hair ng png ang smoke.Change the blendmode ng 2nd layer from Normal to XOR.

Katulad kanina.Merge natin ang 1st and 2nd layer.Add another empty layer.

Drag the empty layer down para maging first layer siya.Pindutin ang brush icon na nakalocate sa lower left side.Long press niyo ang nasa gilid ng hair ng potrayer para magkakulay ang hair and magmumukhang smoke siya :>

Pag nakulayan niyo na ang lahat.Save na natin siya and maglagay tayo ng coloring para magblend at pumantayo ang kulay niya.Nagpunta ako sa Tools > Curve.Paglaruan niyo lang ang curve para makuha ang gusto niyong coloring then save na natin kapag tapos ka na.
