I wake up to a beating heart monitor. My own heart. My eyes adjust to the light above me as I try to remember. I see Tyler waiting for me in the chair next to my bed. "Hey, you good?" He asks softly.
I nodd my head and look around attempting to sit up. "Where's Alaska and Olivr?" I ask. "The nurses are getting them cleaned up and clothed and other stuff." He says. I smile. "What happened?" I ask.
"They gave you sleep medicine cause you were panicking and weren't in a good state of birth and you had a rist of death, so they had to c-section the kids." He tells me.
"Ok." I say. I'm just glad they are ok.
