Levi x Reader x Erwin Part 2

"So, you I understand," you stated as you looked at Erwin. "But you hardly know me," you added as you looked at Levi, who frowned slightly. You were right, he did hardly know you. "Are you sure it's love or just infatuation?" you questioned, placing your hands on your hips as Levi froze slightly, he wasn't sure what to say to you.

"I-,"

"You're being a little harsh, (Y/N)," Erwin interrupted as you looked at him, blinking slightly quickly. It was one of your downfalls, if you didn't understand something, you could get annoyed and easily let something slip that you didn't mean.

"Oh... sorry," you muttered with a small voice. "I just... I'm trying to understand," you explained as Levi furrowed his eyebrows slightly.

"I don't understand it either. But... we could figure it out together," Levi somewhat hoped as Erwin frowned, he knew exactly what you were going to say to that.

"I'm sorry... but I'm not going to attach myself to someone for them to figure out that maybe they don't actually care about me," you replied as Levi blinked in shock, but slowly nodded his head as he turned to walk out of the room without another word.

You sighed, rubbing your temples as Erwin slung an arm around you, kissing your head gently.

"I feel bad. Was I too harsh?" you questioned as Erwin chuckled.

"No, you were honest and if there's one thing Levi appreciates it's honesty," Erwin answered as you groaned in annoyance.

"You know this doesn't mean I like you either," you stated with a small smirk as Erwin rolled his eyes in a playful matter as you let out a laugh. You had known for a while that you liked Erwin, you just weren't sure if he liked you.

"Out of curiosity. When did you figure out you liked me?" Erwin questioned as you furrowed your eyebrows.

"I don't remember even telling you I like you," you answered as Erwin gave you a small pout. You snickered and slapped his chest slightly. "I don't know. Somewhere between you wanting to join the Survey Corps and leaving, I guess," you explained as Erwin hummed in understanding as you leaned up to kiss his cheek.

It wasn't as long as Erwin had liked you, but he appreciated the honesty. And he was happy that he had you now.

Choose No One

"So... let me see if I have this correct. The two of you Commander of the Survey Corps and Captain in the Survey Corps, both like me, the New Recruit?" you questioned as the two nodded their heads in silence.

"Okay," you spoke and folded your arms.

"Okay?" Levi questioned as he raised an eyebrow.

"You're... welcome?" Erwin asked as he looked at you with a confused expression.

"Well, I mean, it's the dumbest fucking thing I've ever heard," you stated, folding your arms over your chest as Erwin and Levi looked at you in shock and confusion. "Dumbasses, we literally have an expedition in the next week and no one knows who's gonna come back from that. For all I know I could die!" you practically shouted, throwing your hands in the air in annoyance.

"But you might not," Erwin spoke in a small voice. He didn't like it when you started to rant.

"Erwin!" you almost screeched. Levi winced at your loud voice as Erwin sighed, he was used to this but he still didn't enjoy it.

"I literally don't know what to say to either of you," you sighed as you pinched the bridge of your nose.

"Well, do you accept our feelings or not?" Erwin asked as you practically glared at the blonde.

"No, obviously not. Erwin, we're at war with giant human-eating humanoids. You really think any of us have time to think about a relationship?" you demanded as you placed your hands on your hips and huffed.

"The two of you need to take a serious look in the mirror because if dating me is what you're worried about then we're fucked trying to fight the Titans," you added as you started out of the door, slamming it behind you.

"What a brat," Levi hissed in annoyance as Erwin sighed.

"She did have a point though," the blonde stated as Levi huffed. He wouldn't admit it, but you did.

"Oh and about next weeks' expedition..." Levi trailed off as he started voicing his concerns to the Commander, effectively starting an argument regarding positions as he did so.

You stood outside the door, listening quietly to the two of them. It wasn't that you didn't appreciate the fact that they had grown to love you, it was more the fact you didn't want to get hurt or hurt anyone else, so it was easier to reject them than to love them.

You smiled slightly, listening to the arguments the two were having. They had already forgotten about their confession to you and returned to the way they were.

And, honestly, you wouldn't have asked for it any other way.

"Hey, (Y/N)!" Hanji called as she stood at the other end of the hall. You kicked yourself off the door and quickly rushed over to her as she smiled gently at you.

Thought, while you weren't able to forget about the confession as quickly as Erwin and Levi were, you were able to return to your life as normal in the Survey Corps.

But most of all, you were thankful things weren't awkward after the confession.
