I wake up every evening
With a big smile on my face
And it never feels out of place
And you're still probably working
At a nine to five pace
I wonder how bad that tastes
When you see my face
Hope it gives you hell
Hope it gives you hell
When you walk my way
Hope it gives you hell
Hope it gives you hell
Now where's your picket fence love
And where's that shiny car
And did it ever get you far
You never seemed so tense love
I've never seen you fall so hard
Do you know where you are
And truth be told I miss you
And truth be told I'm lying
Gives you hell by all American rejects

My phone buzzed on my side table in a attempt to wake me up from my slumber. Sadly it worked.
I slammed my hand down on it and tapped the 'stop' button and snuggled back into my covers. I didn't care that it was the first day of school because I'm not really looking forward to the torture that awaits me behind the aluminum doors.
Groggily I rubbed my eyes and got out of my comfy bed, why do I have to leave it so soon? I slowly made my way to the bathroom that was connected to my room, stripped from my pjs and hopped in the shower. I was dreading the day ahead as I washed my hair with my lavender shampoo and my body with the matching lavender body wash. I turned off the water and stepped out while grabbing my fluffy white towel and wrapping it around my petite body. I had a pretty toned stomach from all the surfing I did last year down under and my arms and legs were semi muscular. I was pretty proud of my body, I've worked so hard to leave her behind.
I shook those dreaded thoughts from my head and continued on to my closet to decide my outfit for the day. I threw on my favourite black cropped jeans with my beige oversized cru-neck to match. I paired it with some white sneakers (pic on the top) and then I was off to do my hair and makeup. I decided to leave my hair down today but maybe add some curls, so I plugged in my curling iron and set it down to heat up. I then did some light mascara and a bold burgundy lip. Thank goodness I was blessed with clear skin so I didn't need foundation at all.
I grabbed the curling wand and started to curl the ends to get that beachy waves look. When I was done I winked to myself in the mirror and headed downstairs.
I walked into the kitchen to be met with my 16 year old brother Cole munching on what was the last of the banana bread.
That was my banana bread...
"Hey Cole, whatcha eating there?" I asked menacingly as I slowly walked towards him and what was left of the delicious food in-front of him. He looked up unphased by my death stare as he mumbled
"Breakfast"
I grabbed the plate that the bread was on and pointed to the sticky note on the side that read "sages food do not touch or bloody suffer my wrath"
He still looked unphased as I shoved the note in his face,
"Can you read? You're eating my Brekky"
"Can you talk normally you're not in Aussie anymore ya wanker."
"Imma bloody kill ya!" I sprinted around the counter and Noah's eyes widened as he realized what was going on. He grabbed the last slice and sprinted down the hall with it.
I chased him down the hall and up the stairs and into his bedroom. He looked around frantically trying to find some sort of escape from me. I smiled knowing that he is now trapped but to my surprise he claimed out the window and jumped onto the big oak tree and started to climb down, I followed him onto the blue roof and down the tree. Once he got down he looked up at me,
