~The Time That She Lost~

~~chapter two~~

"Well well well see what's happening" Alli said. They all turned around and saw her angry face and they kept their glasses which they were about to drink.

"Oops we are dead" Arla said jokingly.

"Having fun Han?" Alli asked. "Arla you are the oldest and you tell them to do that?" Alli asked him. Arla looked at all of them and then to Alli.

"I was winning" he said with a stupid smile. Emily and amber laughed and Emily told Alli to calm down and told her it's okay let them have some fun.

"Dinner is ready all of you come and take your seats" Alli ordered and went into kitchen. As soon as she turned around all of them took one more shot of bourbon. Emily and amber shook their heads and went to help her. Sam have drank more as compared to others as he came with two short of bourbon already. They all seated and waited for the food to come. Great and amazing smell was coming. Emily and Amber kept the utensils. Emily noticed that Sam was looking at her time to time. But she thought he was just drunk. They all ate with serve yourself system. The food was amazing. After eating, Alli asked everybody to come for a walk and while walking they could buy icecreams. Emily said no and as Sam was wasted he too said no. Everybody went outside for a walk. Emily and Sam told their favorite icecreams. Everybody went out and Emily and Sam were left alone. They both decided to watch TV.

"So let's see something?" Sam suggested.

"Yaa sure" Emily agreed. There was a little awkwardness but still even with the awkwardness there was a little comfort which clearly both didn't notice. They both sat and opened tv and drank beer. To fill the awkward silence. Emily took the first step.

"So why haven't we met before?" Emily asked him turning towards him.

"I studied in London actually till now" Sam told her after a pause.

"Ohh so what did you study there?" Emily asked him.

"Mechanical engineering" Sam said taking a sip of his beer. "Yaa yaa I know it sounds boring" Sam said before Emily could speak.

"Oh no no not at all" Emily quickly said. But from inside she knew it's sounds boring. Sam passed I know look.

"Okay you got me yes it sounds boring, but everybody have their own choices" Emily said.

There was a pause and both of them were silent. Emily was embarrassed.

Awkward!

"I like to study management actually" Sam told her.

"Ohh thats nice but then why___?" Emily stopped herself. "Okay stop emily, you are asking too many questions" Emily said to herself but loud enough for Sam to hear. This made Sam laugh.

"What?" Emily asked him smilingly.

"Nothing" Sam said still laughing.

"Tell" Emily pushed him to tell.

"You can ask me questions. Go on but what talking to yourself, every girl does that I don't know why." Sam said now stopping his laugh.

"Okay okay fine I am the crazy one now" Emily said thinking he insulted her.

"No no that was__umm that was cute" Sam said. Saying cute after a pause and looking directly into Emily's eyes but said it in a fun way.

"Ohh thank you" Emily shyed.

"Okay so tell me something about you" Sam said.

"I have done interior designing and I love chocolates and when I am angry, chocolates or cold drinks or a ki__" Emily stopped.
