Hunt Pack

Our world is unlike many others, we have an understanding with the witches and wizards, they helped our kind figure out a way to live and strive as wolves, hidden from the humans. We gave them multiple wolves to help and protect their own.

Yet I still don't understand why wolves hate their own kind, my pack doesn't like when a wolf born from a non-wolf family gets accepted into our school. I mean they are wolves too, different from us but still wolves. Only I can't speak this way when my pack is around...I would become an outcast.

"Darling!" Mom spoke with such power and passion that most people love and cherish....only I could give two damns about it. "We are leaving to go to Howling Manor! Well, you are." Mom hands me a letter, the envelope was inviting with roots wrapped around the letter and the stamp was a wolf howling...how clever.

"Are you ready to be part of the school's pack." My father smiles as he gives me a side hug. My brothers are already there, waiting to welcome the new souls that maybe in seven years will join our pack.

"You're a legacy, you're basically going to be in our pack. No Alpha blood or Beta blood ever went into another pack." My father spoke proudly. "Well those who are part of one of the four major packs." Dad looked my way before patting my back.

"We should hurry and buy why you need darling." Mother spoke kissing my cheek. "My babies will all be at school! The house is gonna be so empty!" Mom smiles sadly.

Course both kept talking about how sad it's gonna be when I leave, only I know it's because they both only have two more years before my oldest brother comes home for good.

Course mom wanted to hurry and get all the nice things, meaning she wants me to show others that I'm better than them. Being in the Hunt pack means that we strive for power and love to win....which isn't for me. I rather help everyone and strive as one. But that's not how my pack sees it.

"You need to have multiple things, like a robe, and books. The transformation book, mate book, and hunger book." Mom laughs before smiling.

"So going to Mythical Street?" I spoke softly with a small smile.

Mom nods before pulling me along towards the car with a smile.

"Mystical Street." Father barks before sitting in the back.

"Please, and thank you," I spoke up the drive smiles before nodding. My father and mother both give me a glare before shaking his their head.

"We don't say thank you." Dad spoke, "they don't need to be thanked for doing what they are supposed to do." Dad growls at me.
I know in my heart he's wrong, I know he's saying this to put me in my place, only we need everyone to do what they need. Saying thank you doesn't make one less of a person, it makes them more of a person.

The rest of the ride my parents talked to each other every once in a while looked my way then went back to talking. The good thing is we arrived in Mythical Street, a place where I can get the things I need and more or my dorm.

"Remember people move outing your way!" Dad spoke

"Also make sure not to smile, hold a harden look to show others your not interested." Mom adds on.

"Don't say excuse me, or please, or even thank you. They should thank you for shopping at their stores." Dad adds before the driver open dad's side.

Everyone stopped to look at us. It's not often the Hunt pack is seen, it's also very rare that the Alpha family is seen. Hunt's usually shop in their own town not talking to other packs. Every pack around the United States shops on Mythical Street, the street has everything. Books to gowns to tips and tricks.

"Where to first darling." Father looks at me with a smile. Only the look in his eyes is telling me it better be something good, strong and honorable.

"Let's go get the school books father," I spoke proudly and I can tell he was proud. He walked along the other wolves. Only my father looked stronger and taller. My mother was the same only she was slim with kind blonde hair and crystal blue eyes. I looked like her, we looked like angles only acted like Devils.

Being a Hunt has a high and noble statue in this world, I'm related to Jax Hunt who created a school for wolves to be trained and experienced wolves, he worked alongside Victor Vilks, Tomas Tchono and who our pack will always fight against...Alexander Amarog. The school is for all packs, not just the four packs who created it. Everyone filters in and out between the packs, like my parents have said before. No Alpha or Beta from one of these four packs ever got filtered into another pack.

"That's the alpha of the Hunt pack, Danny, and Abby Hunt." I overheard poor women speak to her kids. "Haden, Hex, Hayes, and Hale are their kids. Make sure you get in and my friends with them."

"Why?" Her son replies. The women looked at her with a small sad smile before looking at us, at my father who doesn't even pay her any mind.

"They are part of the strongest pack, they created the school you are going to." She carried on, I know my father heard them and I noticed a sly smile on his face. He has pride and I completely understand, they honor us too much. They love that we would lay down our lives for "them" when in reality we only do so for our own self-esteem.

"Well well well, hello Danny Hunt," Rocco spoke with a smile, Rocco is the Alpha of the Amargo pack. Rocco has nice olive skin, black hair, and green eyes. He was a good-looking man, but you can tell he is a cocky one.

"Rocco," Dad grumbles before turning to me, only his eyes faded in color...once again I'm not the one he wanted, he wants one of my brothers...like usual.

"This is my son, Cruz he's gonna be Alpha one day." Rocco points to his son, he's a small thing and looks like his father. Only you would need to minus the fact that he has no muscle and sticks size.

"HA that's your son, oh boy my sons will get a kick out of that. Next in line-" My father laughs holding his stomach "This pack gets weaker and weaker just like my Great Grandfather Jax said." Cruz looks down ashamed, I wanted to yell at my father for treating a child as if he's a joke, but I know that's not my place, It will never be my place.

"My son's just a pup, he can take your son when his wolf arrives." Rocco stands tall and steps closer to my father, the tension in the air is felt. The looks each had for the other wasn't good, their eyes started to cloud over. Hinting that their wolves are close. The Lunas, my mother, and Isis stopped them before a scene would surface.

The rest of the day dragged on, the tension and the anger rolled off my father. The hate and dishonor he felt were very much noted. If in time we four packs finally truly got along, the world would be brighter and easier. No more trying to figure out who the top dog would be. I held back my thoughts and bite my tongue. Maybe one day I would stand up to my father, to my pack, hell to the world. But I know that I can't...I'm still only a pup.
