Molly's pov

"Be home by 9" mom calls behind me. I just looked at her in a "are-you-serious-it's-Friday" kind of way. She stared into my eyes and unally gave in. "Fine 11. At the VERY latest. You hear that Jake? No later than 11." Jake let out a faint chuckle and respectfully replied with "yes ma'am. I'll have her home by 10:45 just to make you happy." He knew exactly what to say to my mom. She doesn't suspect a thing. Hell, I wouldn't that's for sure. After our little discussion with the person who brought me into this world, I got into the truck with the person I one thought would take me out of it. From my place is only like a 7 minute drive to Jake's. That's enough time to listen to at least two good songs but I decided to keep the radio off just as an experiment. About a minute into the drive, I hear my phone go off. It was a notification from Jake. I open it and read "look up at me." I put my phone down and turn my head toward his. "Ah there's my beautiful girlfriend." " you know, you really shouldn't text me one: while you're driving, two: when I'm right next you silly." He smiled his flirty smile and in that moment everything was ok with the world. I notice his right hand isn't on the steering wheel-it's just sitting in his lap. I wiggle around in my seat so I can find a comfortable position to where I can easily grab Jake's hand.my legs and knees are bent up in the seat and my body naturally leans toward his. my left fingers do a little dance, before I move the entirety of my hand and slip it over the middle console. I top the top of his hand with the soft, warm tips of my fingers. slowly I twist my hand and my fingers, instinctively, move in between his, interlocking like a zipper. my right hand soon follows sandwiching his hand with both of mine. I felt my face turn to a smile and followed the road with my eyes-him doing the same. We pull into his driveway and he shuts off the truck. Earlier in the day I texted my best friend that Jake wanted to hang out but she hadn't texted me back which is strange so I sent a follow up text. "Rain?! Are you dead:)?" Just by chance I get a text notification- but it wasn't from Rain. it was from Hayden. "Hey girlie. Rain told me to tell you that she broke her phone so she doesn't have one at the moment. she and I just wanted to say stay safe and dot do anything stupid" oh and if you need me call me. ok?" He's the absolute sweetest. I don't deserve a friend like him.

Hayden's pov

I know she's on her phone it says read at 6:27. its literally 6:28. I see the three little circles and sigh a sigh of comfort and relief. that should be me in that truck. she should be with me not an F-boy like Jake. He's just going to hurt her. finally molly texts back "Thank you so much. I will! and I promise we will all hang out soon. middle finger promise. Love ya! I'll let you know how tonight goes. <3:)" God this kills me. "forever and always" I send back knowing she wont think anything of it. I wish she would. I love her in a much different way than she loves me. If only it was mutual. I go back to watching a movie with Molly on my mind. After the 2 and 1/2 hour movie was done it is now 8:58. no text messages. No calls. No knocks on my door. I decided to text Miss Molly Taylor just to make sure she's still around. "everything 100%?" Instant reply. " I don't know. He's not normally like this." ...great. If anything happens to her I swear ill beat his ass. " lemme know if anything changes."-"will do" *1/2 hour passes*

Molly's pov

We had started another movie but this time Jake's mom had gone into her room and fallen asleep. Jake-oddly enough- chose to watch The Notebook. I fell asleep with my head in his lap about 5 minutes into the movie.

Jake's pov

My leg was starting to fall asleep so gently move Molly off my lap and scoot down the couch. I saw her resituate onto her back I guess to be more comfortable. I sit there watching her so peacefully instead of watching the movie. I make sure my mom and brother are asleep and shut their doors. I go back to the couch and sit down next to Molly's head. I lean down and press my lips against hers kissing her upside down in a spider-man like way.

Molly's pov

I get woken up to the warm sensation of my lips touching jakes. so soft, so supple are his rosy pink lips. he pulls away leaving with a grin on his face. I slowly open my eyes and bite my bottom lip. I sit up which ends with my back facing Jake. I look around and see nothing other than what the t.v illuminates. "where'd your family go?" I half whispered. "to bed" he said seductively, putting one finger over his lips, telling me to be quiet. Jake turned me around and pulled me close. before he had the chance to make a move, I simultaneously stood up on my knees and pushed my body towards his and laid one on him. He wrapped his hands around my head running his fingers through my hair. My hand cupped his cheek as he sent chills down my back. I had felt the same spark when I first met him. He takes control and kisses me again two or three times again. I don't really know for sure I was kinda too distracted to keep count. I pulled away and moved my body to where I was straddling his waist in the least sexual way possible and gave him another long and intimate kiss then laid on his chest. some time passed and the movie was almost over. I got up to get a drink of water and came back to my boyfriend asleep on his couch it was 10:15 which meant we had to leave soon but I let him sleep. I fell asleep soon after deciding to just face my mom in the morning. I was cold and uncomfortable so I moved to the couch with Jake and again fell asleep-this time with a smile grazed upon my face.
