A book named "Glitch"

About a boy with (normal) name who finds out he can 'become' or 'sync' himself and this thoughts into software, but after an accident with a computer virus, he eternally fucks up software whenever he goes into the mainframe and he becomes a super hacker.

IMPORTANT DETAIIIIILLL He's not called Glitch until the end when the book ends with him entering the US government's computer things

He also like, jumps into the screen and distorts everything

Sometimes the reaper works for you

It could be like, "finds you" or "follows you" or something else edgy asf

About a young girl (like, maybe 10?) who is completely void of emotion and empathy because the 'reaper' killed her parents in front of her, and the 'reaper' raises her as his own, teaching her murdering skills

The 'reaper' is the reaper, but he doesn't look like satan or a cloaked skeleton, he looks like a weird not goat, but like a demented, skinny, dead beast from beauty and the beast (haha i almost typed breast) anyway, the girl likes to ride around on a red tricycle (it was once white, but the reaper decided to make it red a.k.a dip it in blood to fit the aesthetic of the 'family')

When around people, he shapeshifts into a dashing man in a tux with black swept back hair and the same eyes as the girl.

The girl has two brown ponytails and big, almost gray eyes. (even though they're brown, her facial expressions and dark hair bows offset the colors).

She is kind of like wednesday adams, but not an angsty teen, but rather a silent observer. Just the way the 'reaper' taught her.

The reaper's goal was to kill the entire family, but when he noticed the girl didn't cry or even twitch afterwards he decided that she was too 'good' in his eyes to kill

(wow trinity, an actual backstory for once, now if you just come up with a plot, I might capitalize your name next time)

Basically, the girl was at school and was given a name of another girl to become 'friends' (you use too many quotation marks) with, meaning that eventually when the girl would come over, since the reaper doesn't eat normally, he sends the girl (might call her lavender, or some other flower name. I'll save the research for later) to get children, adults, creeps literally anyone and uses her as bait for food. Since this deranged family is very rich, they live in a big house. The house has a lot of locked rooms with weird uses like the murder castle (I spelled castle wrong like, four times) Anyway, the neighborhood gets suspicious and wary of the girl with the increasing number of missing persons cases that involve her, but it really gets worrying when the new target is the daughter of the chief of police and he decides he would come over with his daughter to make sure nothing happens. (It does happen anyway because the reaper is just that good (wow I almost typed goose. He's just that goose.)
