Chosen Heart

Prologue

I held my ground against my cousin, she stared at me with her purple eyes, hoping I would be intimitaded by her glare, but I didnt fall for her trap, not again. She had killed my family, she had betrayed and tried to hurt me, but this time, I was finally going to lay it all to rest.

"Give it up Night, your family never helped me when I needed it most, it was only fair I would take them down" - said Raven with a grin on her face.

I growled at her lies - "I was there when you needed it, you just harmed me out of no where, my brother was only there to protect me when you took it to far"

She tried leaping at me, however I dodged her attack, In retaliation I tackled her and threw her across the feild, I was aiming for her to land on the spear nearby, but it didnt quite make it

"Getting hit by a spear doesnt scare me" - She said looking at me with a smile I didnt like.

However I didnt listen, I focused on her and prepared an attack, I felt a suddent power Flow in me, even stronger then my normal dark magic, I crouched down getting ready to leap at her with everything I had

Her face morphed into fear and her eyes went darker, I could sence she was scared of me now - "But does THIS scare you?"

"S-STAY AWAY!" - She shouted in fear, she stood in place, unable to move because of fear.

I leaped at her and targeted her neck, holding on and not letting go, she houled in pain, sounds spreading over the Forrest, she struggled trying to get out of my grip, but eventually she went limp.

I stared down at her dead body, Blood dripping from my mouth, I looked at my body, that same spear sticking out of me, she had managed to stab it in me.

I only walked a few meters before collapsing to the ground, finally, it was over, I could finally go to rest, knowing my family will be able to rest peacefully too...
