Prologue part Oooooone
POV- Aira Jones
Cardinal

Ok, so this whole superhero thing. Umm, so... OK. Well I was just walking home with my brother and sister. We already had superpowers and saved people and stuff. My brother, Ember, was Phoenix, my sister, Blake, was Blue Lightning, and I am the Cardinal. Ember can control fire and summon phoenix wings, Blake can control electricity and lightning and technology, and I have this super sonic screech thing and wings. Anyways, we were walking home (or was it the library?) when we walked by this homeless dude. I took a dollar out of my pocket. He looked up and shot Blake with some sort of blaster in the head. She fell back. Embers hands caught on fire. The dude shot him too. I opened my mouth to scream. He pointed the gun thing at my head. He pulled the trigger and everything went dark.

Prologue part TWOOOOO

POV- Ivy Chip
Vine??

I was at home alone. In my room. Watching Netflix. On my TV. I had my door open. Someone knocked on my window. I know it sounds wired that I answered, but my friends, Catlin and Jay, would always come in through my window. Oh. And we are superheroes. We have powers and all that. I can control plants and BEND THEM TO MY WILL(Vine)!! Catlin can turn into a black cat-person(Black Cat), and Jay can turn into a werewolf(Wolfie). Sure enough, it was Jay and Cat (Catlin). I opened my window and let them in. Someone else knocked on my window. I was super freking hesitant because Cat and Jay were already there. I opened the window. This dude pushed me back and crawled into my room. Cat and Jay transformed into their superhero-alter-egos. I moved a rose that was next to my tv and was about to make it shoot the thorns like f-ing missiles. But this dude shot Cat in the head so quick even she couldn't doge it. Jay was distracted by his sister being shot. Oh yea, they are brother and sister. Don't have much in common though. Other than the fact that they are superheroes, know me, and had a crush on Avery Snow in 6th grade. In Jays consent for his lil sis, he was shot. He let out a howl that sounded more like a whimper and fell on his butt. I was a bit distracted by both of my bestie a being dead, for all I knew, and didn't notice the gun that was pointed at my head. I only noticed it when I herd a Star-Wars-soundin pew-pew-pew, and everything went black.

I was eating ice cream at Baskin Robbins with my lil bro Max. This story is so short. I took the first bite of my pina-colada ice cream and I like passed out. That is pretty much it.
