Astro and Wonderman Book 5: Darkness and Deception

I can't wait to see my sister!

(Astro's point of view)

We headed back home with our kids and visited Starlight some. We already did that a whole lot but this time we were meeting Starlight and Caleb's kid. They named her Lulu and she seemed to take after Caleb mostly but she had long red hair and Blue eyes.

"I can't wait to see my sister!" Darkness said.

"Yeah. I'm really happy to meet her. I can't wait to meet her too" Loki smiled.

"Your just saying that cause your girlfriends smiling" Pixie teased.

"Pixie don't overdo the teasing" Lex said trying to help Loki out some.

Loki gave Lex a thankful look.

"Well only since your asking" Pixie smiled.

"I bet she'll blossom into a beautiful flower someday" Jessie said.

"You do know we're talking about a fairy right?" Pixie questioned.

"It was a metaphor. She knew you were talking about a kid" Plete said as he continued to read another one of his books.

"What's a metaphor?" Pixie asked.

"If you really want to know I got a book just for you" Plete said.

"Uh. Can't you just tell me. Why's it always books with you?" Pixie asked.

"Books can teach people about a bunch of things" Plete said.

"We're almost there. Try to act your best while meeting Lulu" Astro smiled.

"Hey, Plete. Can I borrow the second book to this series please?" Sabella asked.

"Your finished already?" Plete asked surprised.

"What? It was really awesome" Sabella asked.

Then Sabella yawned and landed in Plete's lap.

Plete sighed and said "You stayed up all night reading again didn't you?"

She didn't reply though considering the fact that she was already asleep. Plete laughed a little bit then.

"I swear if I have to look at another book for another five hours I might just start having nightmares about reading books" Pixie said.

"Don't worry we're almost there" Wonderman said.

Then we pulled in the driveway to Starlight's a few minutes later.

Then Starlight, Caleb and Lulu stepped outside to greet us.

"Hey, guys my name's Lulu. It's nice to meet you" Lulu said.

The kids introduced themselves then and then they all started to play a game together. They easily and instantly became friends then.

"So do you know where Yuval is?" I asked Starlight.

"Well actually he's been waiting to see you. He came over here earlier when I told him you were coming over later today so he's kinda here" Starlight said.

Then Yuval opened the door and ran to me and almost knocked me over from the force of the hug.

Wonderman tried to hide his jealousy but I could see through the mask he had.

"Um.....Yuval. I realize you may have missed me but maybe try to get a little less excited next time" I said.

"Anything for you, Astro" Yuval smiled.

"I'm going out to town" Caleb said suddenly.

"Okay. Be back soon" Starlight said as she kissed Caleb before he left.
