The Beginning of the Tradegy

Esmeralda was a joyful, happy, generous and selfless community. Sophia lived in Esmeralda since she was a little baby, since she was 10 years old, things changed. No one was singing together, helping people and no one was outside. Sophia was wondering why was no one coming outside and joyfully singing with each other or telling others stories. But 3 years later, she starts seeing spirits but it was no good spirits, it was "dark" spirits. Sophia was scared, she wasn't going outside anymore, she started having anxiety from the dark spirit. But one day she heard that someone died from a dark spirit, and from that day on Sophia got no sleep at all. Her parents were so worried about Sophia that they stopped working. They started losing a lot of money and became poor. Sophia's dad started begging for money like going up to people's houses and beg for money, they lived like that for about a week. Then Sophia's dad decided to work again to earn some money. Ever since he worked he gave most of the food to Sophia so she can stay alive but Sophia didn't want to but dad forced to eat. 3 weeks later, Sophia's dad started starving and passed away. Sophia and her mum were so sad that they cried for almost a week until mum decided to work for money. 4 weeks later, the dark spirits came again and killed another citizen.
