Lonely

School

Misty (Mist) walks to school every morning, with her semi-curly, electric amethyst hair, in layers about an inch apart from the last layer, the longest length stopping at about the middle of her back and the shortest length stopping at her broad shoulders, her bangs falling naturally over to the left side of her odd shaped nose, covering one of her curious golden eyes and her oval, well defined, skinny face being held up by a skinny short neck and broad shoulders. She stands with good posture at five foot ten, yet no one notices her. She is one of the smartest and the best gamer at school. Actually, she doesn't like going to school but she knows she has to keep going to school to keep cover, and to not go against the law. . .again.

West Claremore High School, the only high school in the small town of Claremore with a population of four thousand. Mist is the only person that doesn't ride or drive a car to and from school, because of that she is the first to get to school and the last to leave. Claremore High has few students and they all have their click (group) except Mist. She is only wanted by the few people who follow her, bow down to her and/or have to protect her. After another 30 minute walk to Claremore High, she goes to the front of the school where she finds the only tree at the school, and she always takes it early, because she gets to school an hour before anyone else does.

Mist finishes her homework and waits till the doors to the school open. "Oh my gosh, guess who texted me last night?" Katie said. "Who gives a fuck?!" Mist says under her breath. Katie passes Mist and seconds later says "Guess who forgot to take the trash out. . .again?" Katie's friend, Victoria said half way laughing. Mist checks her calendar and says under her breath,"At least there isn't school on Friday and today is Thursday"

Katie and Victoria throw pieces of paper at Mist, "Have fun with your friends 'Must'" they then walk off laughing. "That isn't my name" Mist says under her breath.

Mist checks the time and notices it is 30 minutes before school starts and says, "I still have time to watch them practice." Mist runs to the football field to see Damian (number 10) being the best quarterback that the school thinks he is. Mist approaches the field slowly and zones out. "Alright go dress out and see you all in class!" The coach yelled at the boys. Mist watched as they all went inside, but the coach noticed Mist and yelled, "Hey, you! Get to class" "They can't even remember my name." Mist says under her breath.

Mist looks at the time and notices school is about to start. "Thursday, and I have World Geography first period today" Mist says with anger, then lightens the subject in her head by saying, "At least I end the day with two decent classes, Art and Technology"

END OF SCHOOL DAY

"It's 1:40, should I tell the group in the meeting tonight?" Mist says as she picks up her dark purple messenger bag, puts music on and going through her ear buds then walks outside to the car drop off and pick up, and waits till everyone is gone, "This was the fastest the line has gone." Mist starts to walk to her house. 30 minutes of walking and listening to music, and she noticed two things one her music is to low, and two the dogs that usually don't bark were barking like crazy, "That means there will be a full moon soon, great" Mist says sarcastically.
