It had been a while since Jason had seen his homeworld. The life of a smuggler kept him busy, traveling all over the galaxy for a fair pay. The job defenitly wasn't easy either. The Empire useully boarded suspicious looking frieghter ships that weren't registered before they were able to take a hyperspace route to their destination. Nothing a secret compartment couldn't handle though. And Jason was able to avoid the Imperial boarding parties. Most of the time.
It was only a few days ago when Jason got caught trying to smuggle illigal blaster rifles to his buyer. They took the blasters and had him give up the name of the buyer. That left Jason without his daily pay, and without food. Luckally the Empire let him keep his infamous YT-2400 light frieghter, The Scout's Revenge, and his driod, R3-M6.
As The Scout's Revenge came out of lightspeed over Ariddious Prime, Jason's homeworld, R3 whistled and beeped to Jason that one of the docking bays were open and that he could land there. "Thanks bud." Jason replied. The Scout's Revenge landed and Jason got out. "Stay with the ship R3. I'll go look for work."
Jason walked through the Vendor's Ally and then the Main Street. He soon spotted a cantina, and went in. "Best bet for a job." Jason thought to himself. He went in and asked the bar tender if there was anyone who needed a smuggling job done. He had to be careful though. There might be an Imperial spy that was looking for troublemakers.
The bartender pointed at an old man who was sitting by himself in the corner of the cantina. "He said he was looking for work." "Thanks." And Jason walked over to the old man. The old man looked up. "What do you want?" He said. Jason replied as friendly as possible. "I heard you were looking for someone to get some work done." "Oh, right, the job." The old man said. "Come with me." And so Jason followed him out of the cantina and to an old, abandoned building.
