Getting to med I seen April I ran to her "Kelly is h" "he's in surgery already don't no what the status is right now but he was still awake and stable when he was brought in I'll keep you updated !"I nodded walking to the waiting room we was waiting ages shay came and hugged into me I cried "it's all my fault I'm a walking target shay that guy he just wanted my money if I would of just given it to him Kelly would be okay I'm so sorry !" I said sobbing she shushed me "don't be stupid if I no Kelly and I do He was trying to save a damsel in distress He loves being the hero he's gonna be fine okay dem he's okay !" I shook my head crying more just cuddled into shay and stayed like that for ages then I head someone come in and say Kelly's name I snapped up me and shay walking to then "Kelly's is out of the woods he's stable awake the surgery went really well the direct pressure to the wound helped keep a lot of blood in!"I nodded smiling at dr troy  but looking down at my hand wiped it right out Kelly's blood was all over me " is their a shay and Demi here ?" Me and shay put are hand up "he wants to see you guys but 1 at a time !" He said and I nodded looking at shay and gesturing to the door she shook her head "no way go you need to see if he's okay so go !"I nodded getting up I walked past everyone from 51 and everyone from 21 pulling on the sleeves of the jacket Casey had given to me I gave jay his back after the game sat freezing in the waiting room Casey come and give me a fire house jacket to keep warm walking to dr Troy he showed me They way to his room nocking on I walked inside Kelly turned to me smiling I started crying instantly he tutted "hey come here I'm fine look just a scratch !" I sobbed looking down "you could of died Kelly!" I said crying into my hand "but I didn't come here !" I started to walk to him he moved over on his bed pulling me on with him I cryed into his shoulder "I'm so sorry Kelly !" I said he moved "what this isn't your fault don't do that to your self you didn't do this !" I looked up he was looking at me a little annoyed "it is my fault I distracted you by getting knocked on my arse then he stabbed you if I would of just left it you could of handled it on your own !" I said tears streaming down my face "please don't do this if wasn't your fault please I'm fine ! Doc said I'd be back in work next week !" I smiled tears still falling down my face I snuggled into him and he kissed my head "you had to be the hero huh ?" I said chuckling "dam straight ! Always happy to help a damsel in distress!"He said Laughing I nodded then the door opened and shay came in "halsted said I could come in !" I nodded getting up "I'll give you some space !" Kelly nodded I leaned down and kissed the side of Kelly's mouth then rested my head to his "thank you !" He smiled getting up I walked passed shay "I'm gonna head home I'll call back tomorrow to check up I'll see you later !" I said hugging her and kissing her cheek and headed out Everyone was still waiting "he's okay normal Kelly still cracking jokes seems to be making a full recovery back on duty next week if everything stays the same !"They all breathed out in relief Toni walked up to and hugged me seeing jay from the corner of my eye he had that look like he new their was something with me and Kelly but tbh I didn't care Kelly was okay and I'd already told jay I'm not into a relationship right now so alls good "can we go home ?"I said looking at Erin she nodded walking to me I walked to gabby kissing her cheek and giving her a cuddle "I love you I'll ring you tomorrow" she nodded "love you !" Getting home I threw my keys on the table taking off my jacket Erin walked to the kitchen getting out 2beers and handing me one "you okay ?" She said "honestly I'm not seeing all that blood and the worry In his eyes rattled me !" I said sitting down on the couch "you care about him !thats why" I nodded "ino just didn't no how much !" She nodded picking at my beer bottle my eyes started to fill up erin moved closer I started crying she pulled me ino a hug shushing me god what's wrong with me what do I want !!!

The next morning getting dressed I headed to the hospital getting some food and coffe from Costa first for Kelly once I got to the hospital I seen Maggie "hey Maggie how's Kelly ??" I said "he's fine nothings took a turn he's awake if you wanna head in ?" I nodded thanking her and heading to Kelly's room knocking I heard him shout come in walking in his face lit up I smiled "I come with gifts!" I said smiling pulling the bag and coffee from behind me he smiled more "your a life savour !" I smiled "think that's more your thing !" I chuckled he shook his head "so they said I'm fine my stats are fine bp is good just waiting for the medical and I'm back on squad as soon as they think I'm fighting fit!" I nodded smiling at him "at least we no your clear for a recovery no matter what that's good to no !did they say when your outta here ?"Kelly nodded "their sorting my release papers now waiting on my mess should be home by about 4/5" I nodded smiling "well as a token of my gratitude I'll come over tonight cook you up the best food you've ever had in your life if your okay with that ?" I said smiling he nodded smiling but looking at me funny I raised my eyebrows "right I finish at about 5so I'll ring you check if your hear if not I'll come straight yours ?"
