cover shop

to get a cover, you will need to fill in a form, detailing your request - this chapter will tell you everything you need to include in your cover form, which you can either comment, or message me. it doesn't matter which chapter you comment on, as long as the cover shop is open & accepting requests !

i. title / subtitle
a title is required, obviously, but a subtitle is optional.

ii. quotation
this is optional too, but if you have a quote that you'd like to be on the cover, feel free to request for it to be put on there. you can specify wether you want speech marks (" ") around the quote or not. if you don't mention it, i'll probably use them. it all depends on how it looks.

iii. author name
if you don't specify, i'll just write down your username. but if you want, i can also put your actual name or 'written by [y/n]'.

iv. description / summary of the story
this is optional, but if you don't have a specific cover idea in mind, it helps if you give me a description of the story so i know what it's about, and therefore can make an accurate cover for it.

v. description of what you want on your cover
this is required, but you can give both this and the one above. if you have an idea of what you want on the cover, even if it's a rough one, it'll help if you tell me so you can be satisfied with what i make you. if you have a specific image you want to use, comment a link (or where to find it). if you don't have a specific idea in mind, just comment some brief ideas and i'll work with them.

some extra details, which are optional;
fandom or original story?
colour scheme / theme?
face claims?
specific fonts?
links to images you want the cover to be inspired by?
links to images you would like to be used?

rules / payments

while the covers, money-wise, are free, there is a basic 'payment'. if you'd like a cover, you can either vote on five chapters of any one of my books, or you can follow me permanently. don't unfollow/unvote afterwards, because there's literally no point. if you do that, you will also be added to my blacklist - which means you'll be added to a list of people who i won't make a graphic for, and you will also be reported/blocked. the same thing will happen if you don't give me credit for the cover.

i don't put my watermark on covers but as i just said, i would like credit. so, please state that i made your cover in the description or first chapter of your book. if you don't give credit, i will kindly remind you to, and if you refuse, you will be added to the blacklist.

please don't graphic shop hop. i put hard work and my time into making covers, and so do their creators. by requesting from multiple shops, you're wasting our time and effort. it's really disheartening to find that someone has also been requesting graphics from other places, and you just feel like what's the point?

if you don't want/like the cover, tell me. if you want me to make you another one, ask me to do so, because i want to make sure you actually like your cover! it's your book and you have a right to be happy with the cover that you're using! i won't be offended, i'm always happy to make someone a graphic, and i will make as many graphics as it takes to make sure you're happy with it!

also, if you decide you don't want the cover before i've made it/posted it, please tell me that too. countless times, i have made a cover, told someone it's ready, and they've just gone 'oh, i don't want it anymore' without giving any warning beforehand. it's just another example of wasted time.

you can request as many covers as you want, and i'll try to make them as quickly as possible. please don't pester/rush me about your cover, but if it's been around a month after you requested and you still haven't received anything, please message me - chances are that i've either forgotten or never received a notification about your request, and you deserve to receive that cover!

by requesting for your cover to be made, you are agreeing to these rules.

please keep in mind that if i don't have any inspiration to make your cover, i will have to deny your request. if i deny your request, please know that i don't have anything against you, and it's simply a matter of me not being able to properly meet your needs.
