My life is complete...All I need is you

"*music notes*You look perfect tonight*music notes*," Ed Sheeran's song perfect starts to go off on my phone at 6:20AM for me to get up and ready for school.

"Why that song though?" Thought Grace. She was in love with two guys and couldn't chose. One was an absolute tool and had a name of a colour (Blue), but they were still friends and she had some feelings for him. The other was her best guy friend, Dane. Grace was confused with her love life, she was only 13 but her besties were always there to help, and she knew that!

An hour later Grace was leaving her house and said goodbye to her family. She steps out of her front door and makes sure her little sister doesn't tag along with her and starts to walk to school. While she was walking with her brother, Fredrick, she couldn't get Dane out of her mind. She was seriously in love but was too scared to show it, she didn't want to make things awkward with her and Dane. 

As Grace walked through the gates of the school (also known as the gate to hell), she saw her bestie, Milly walking towards her with a huge smile on her face. Grace was glad to be with her bestie, she always enjoys seeing Milly's smiling face since it makes her day! Milly was going through the same thing as me but with an older guy in year 10 named Baxter (it's his middle name since he hates his first name, Barnaby). Milly was in love with him but was also scared to tell him about how she felt. They were in the exact same position and understood each other's pain and how bad it feels to be around their crushes. To have butterflies in your stomach every time you go past him or to tell him something is extremely hard!

"Hey Grace! Are you ready to do the plan that we talked about yesterday?" Milly asked.

"I am as ready as I'll ever be!" Grace answered but something about it didn't feel right at that moment with their plan.

"Grace, it's ok, stop stressing so much! All I will do is ask Dane who he likes and hope that he says he likes you. Easy! Don't worry Grace, I've got you," Milly reassuringly said.

Like she could see into the future, but Grace didn't really care because it made her feel better.

"I guess so, I hope your right," said Grace.

Milly gave Grace a reassuring hug and said "It's ok! It'll be fine, we're doing each other a favour now. You tell Baxter how I feel about him, and I'll ask Dane who he likes. Yeah?"

"This is why I love you!" screamed Grace with the largest smile she has ever made.

Together they walked to their locker to get their stuff for period 1 and 2.

Before Grace knew it, she had gotten through her period 1 and 2 classes; digital technology and PE. She ran to her locker as fast as she could to put her stuff away and go straight to Milly's locker, so they could proceed with the plan. As Grace got to her locker, she looked across to see Milly at her locker. Grace threw her stuff in her locker, grabbed her food and ran to Milly's locker. She hugged Milly as soon as she got there.

"Ok bestie! Let's do the plan and get this all over and done with!" It's now or never thought Grace as she walked outside with Milly arm in arm.

They walked outside and saw Dane standing with his mates talking. Grace and Milly gazed at Dane and read each other's mind.

"I can't let you do it Milly! His friends are there!" stressed Grace.

"Easy, I got this silly!" said Milly as she pulled out a packet of skittles from her pocket.

"He loves skittles. I'll just go up to him and show him the skittles. I'll pull him away from his friends we'll be alone, and I can ask him" explained Milly.
