I live on a farm with many little sheep. Believe me... they do not help you sleep ! They "baa" when they're happy and even when they're mad , they "baa" so loud they wake my poor old Grandad.
If you suffer from wakefull nights and just can't fall asleep in bed,
I do not suggest sheep counting maybe you should farm corn instead.
