Author's Note: Hi guys! This story is different from the ones I would usually write. I am going to be testing different things out as I write this story so I'd really love it if you could comment and tell me whether you like the direction I'm taking or not. Each chapter of this story is going to be based on one of the many relationships in Dani's life from first crush to first kiss to first boyfriend to first girlfriend etc. Even though It's still going to be a story of two people, Dani and Sam, who have always been a part of each others lives. I hope you guys enjoy this story about two people who love each other forever whether they end up dating other people or each other ;)

I would also love feedback on different types of relationships or firsts you want to see. I have a lot of chapters planned already but if you are dying to see her have a specific relationship with a type of character like a relationship that forms of out the game of truth or dare or a drunken makeout with Sam or another character where she forgets it ever happened or something else please feel free and comment :D

Almost everyone has their first crush. It's inevitable (well unless you are asexual or something... But beside that...); It's just like getting your driver's license (even if I put it off for as long as I could) or turning eighteen. There's a point in almost every girl's life where feelings towards another certain individual arise.

For me, watching all those disney movies as a child must have payed off cause when I turned nine the concept of boys being "icky" seemed to fade away. I became another hopeless youth who realized that there were actually some decent boys out there instead of just the nose picking cootie infested paste eaters that dominanted my elementry school classes.

You see, It was the end of third grade and all of us, "ittybittys", were pilled on to a bus for our annual school field trip. I don't know who thought that bringing a bunch of nine year olds out into the woods with camping gear and matches was a good idea but they should have just stuck with the typical day trip to play laser tag at the local Party Center nearby.

Yet there we were, a third of the entire third grade population in Brookfield (aka our small little town that is located in the center of no where aka the middle of the woods), pilled into several buses heading out to the camping grounds on the outskirts of town.

I don't remember much about what happened on that trip before I met Jaime. I was a child after all. But I do remember being squished in a seat in between the Caldwell Twins as the bus bounced us up and down the road. I had been gripping the edge of the seat for dear life, hoping the bus wouldn't take a quick turn and send me flying into my best friend, Madeline Alexis Caldwell (even though back then she was just plan old Maddie), while simutaneously wishing that her brother, Salem Gray Caldwell (known to all as just plain old Sam), would stop tugging on my pigtails.

"Stop it!" I screamed, lifting my hands off from the seat to give Sam a big old shove. Sam and I had unfortunately grown up together, him being Maddie's twin brother and all. Yet he couldn't just be a good brother and leave us alone. Instead it had become his life mission to make my life a living hell.

He yelped. But instead of letting go, he gave my hair another hard tug. "SAM!" I screamed again, causing one of the teachers to turn away from the needle work she had been doing in one of the front seats to give me a stern look. I gulped, closing my mouth as quickly as it had taken to open it and fidgeted under her gaze. I waited as patiently as I could for her to turn her head back to her work before giving Sam the look of death.
