a week had passed since the mysterious curly haired boy incident and as much as zach didn't want to admit it,
but he was infatuated with the kid.

zach was a kind hearted boy, so even the thought of the boy made him anxious and mad because he felt like he was somehow being unfaithful to jonah.

just something about him drove zach into a craze of blushing and butterflies. he needed to know more, he needed to look into his deep eyes once again.

as he collected his books he noticed everyone do the routine 'stop and stare as the popular kids walk down the hallway' type thing.

and wait, zach scanned the group to see the usuals and.... him?
the curly haired boy from the locker room was walking with the it group
this was unheard of, nobody was ever allowed to join their group

they walked down the hall way are people stopped and stared in awe,
stopping at zachs locker.
zach awkwardly smiled at jonah, as he pulled the younger boy into his arms.
"good morning baby" jonah said to zach

zach didn't feel comfortable around jonah anymore and he couldn't figure out why

as jonah held his hands and told him about some sports thing,
zach glanced to the other boys
corbyn was whispering something in daniels ear as the boy was just standing there with the strangest facial expression
at first he looked so mad he could burst, but then his lips curled into an almost devious grin

"oh babe how could i forget, this is the new kid we've taken under our wing, jack"
jonah said with his signature smile
"jack," the now smirking boy said as he reached out a hand to shake zachs,
"jack avery"
