After a long summer spent away from two of her best friends, Angela Turner, at the age of 15, is ready to start high school and start her own path of self discovery. She's been waiting for this her whole life which is to finally grow up and be like the older kids on her block and she's excited to face this journey together with her squad like they always planned.

Well at least until untold summer secrets are finally spilled and due to new outside enemy forces their bonds start to break making the squad slowly start to crumble leaving Angela left to try and pick up the pieces and glue them back together while trying not to face the fact that she's falling in love with one of her best friends.
