I wish I were young
and could have
my time over
again.
I'd spend
far more time
pleasing myself
than loving faithless men.
I would get on a plane
to some where else
anywhere far
from here.
Maybe then I might
take a boat trip
down the Nile.
Stay out dancing
all night
beneath
a million stars.
Whilst I do not regret
a second
of anything
I've done
I can't help
but wonder
where I might been
had I listened
to wiser women than me
back when my
life was young.
