"Mum, I told you already, I don't want to go out with Casey!"

"Why not? He is a very nice man and his family are friends with us." My mum says trying to reason with me

"But I don't love him mum! I-I, I love someone else." I sit down. "Someone who loves me back."

I'm not one of those boys in the school who are, 'Popular'. Sure, a lot of people know me, and even though my brother is one of those 'Popular' people, I'm not apart of it. I'm not an outcast or anything, I'm just one of those low key people.

I stay away from the crowd.

But for some reason, even though I'm not apart of the crowd, a lot of girls like me. I don't know why.

I'm not this boys who play sports for the school. Sure, I go to the gym occasionally, but I don't play. I'm an artistic person, a singer, a dancer.

Girls like me because if my musical talents. I play all instruments and I sing. Enough about me, let's head to the story.

"Mum, I'm heading out now! Bye.." I grab my phone and shut the door behind me, before walking to my friend, Xavier's house.

I knock on their door and Xavier's mum, Melody, opens it.

"Hi Daniel." She smiles "Xavier is still eating but you can come in." She lets me in and I go inside.

"Sup bro." Xavier says, looking over his shoulder while he's washing his dish. "I'm just gonna go upstairs to get my bag and then we'll go."

"Kay.. I'll be outside." I wave by to Melody before heading outside.

While I was waiting for Xavier, I see Azaria, the 'It' girl of the school, walk past. I follow her with my eyes as she looks down at her phone in her hands, texting. She looks up and looks over at me.

Surprisingly, she smiles. I smile back, before Xavier walks out of the house. I wave bye and she waves back.

"You ready bro?" I ask Xavier before we start walking to school.

"Yep. I saw you smiling to Azaria.." Xavier nudges me, teasing me about my crush on Azaria.

Yes, I have a crush on Azaria. You must be thinking, since she is the 'It' girl, that a lot of boys like her as well.

Your wrong.

Not a lot of boys like her because they like her sister, Nasda.

Nasda is a very pretty and popular girl. She is Azarias twin. Nasda is pretty and all but she isn't the smartest. Maybe that's why boys like her so much, because she's easy to play.

She is the 'Hoe' of the school while her sister is the 'It' girl.

Xavier and I arrive at school and we split up, heading to our seperate lockers. Xavier's one is all the way across the school while mine is right near the front entrance.

Coincidentally, my locker is only 2 lockers down from Azarias.

Azaria and I have known each other since kindergarten and she even lived next to me for a few years until she moved to the rich part of the town.

Azaria walks up to her locker as well. She opens it grabbing a book before closing it. She catches me staring at her and she blushes. I find it cute how easy she blushes.

"Hey Daniel.." Azaria says, smiling at me.

"Hey Azaria.." I move closer, as she does too. "How you been?"

"I've been good.." she tucks a lock of hair behind her ear. "Just been quite busy.."

"Oh yep.." I look down at my feet before looking back into her grey eyes. "What do you have first?"

"I've got Maths."

"Really? Same!"

"Oh cool! Do you maybe wanna sit together?. I don't have any other friends in my maths class." She smiles.

"Of course I will." We walk to class together and sit in the middle of the room.

The whole period we helped each other with equations and laughed.

The bell rang and we headed to our next class. She had cooking class and I had P.E.

During lunch, Azaria came up to me with a brown bag.

"This is for sitting with me at maths and keeping me company.." she puts the bag in front of her, smiling.

I grab the bag and open it, revealing cookies. "I had fun with you, but are you sure about giving this away?"

"Oh don't worry, I have some too.." She smiles, and she hugs me. I hug her back and then we part ways.

After school I walked back home and did my homework, ate food before laying in bed and falling asleep to the thought of Azaria and today.

Little back story on Xavier,

Xavier is Daniels fake brother in this story. Xavier lives with his adoptive parents while Daniel lives with their reals parents because they were separated. Daniel and Xavier's real parents don't know that they know each other.

Also, the wdw boys will be introduced into the story later on 🤪
