Living Nightmare
Dark clouds roll
as heavy thunder rumbles
lightening illuminates the sky
casting shadows hap-hazardly
bone-rattling coughs and throat tearing pain
bitter tears come in torrents
matchin rain splattered windows
Racous coughing covers rumbling thunder
tears erode away confusion
loosing all fears of a vivid illusion,
terrible nightmare brought tears in profusion
horrendous visions of bodies in sheets
ripped away a peaceful sleep
blood tainted faces gurgling moans
sweat chilled her to the bone
no one answered the cry for help
because she drank the blood,
from everyone else
tear soaked pillows, sweat drenched sheets
sweet smellingscents filled her nose
horrible dreams a reality
when i find the nightmare is ME!
