What are the uses of this "Layers"?
Simple.
Let's take one of my recent art for example:

I used up at least 20+ layers
But what does it do?

So basically you have the linear at the top and the colours at the bottom
HOW DO I MAKE LAYERS???
simple

The one I circled gives you a BLANK layer
If a layer is on top of another layer,
This happens
(Well not really it's just my scribble x3)
