Chapter 1 - On The Plane

A man named Jake sat in an airport in Ohio. He waited for the gates to Florida to open, so he can see his best friend, Albert.

Suddenly his phone vibrated, alerting him he had a text message. He decided to read it.

Albert: r you here yet

Jake: No im waiting at the gates

Jake turned off his phone and put it on airplane mode, placing it into his back pocket. Suddenly a ring came out for the speaker ceilings and a voice spoke.

"Gate for Florida open, gate for Florida open." Jake grabbed his backpack and heaved it over his shoulder. He walked towards the lady that stood by the gates.

"Your ticket, sir," the lady asked politely. Jake handed over his ticket and walked through the tunnel that went to the plane door. He found his seat, number 43.

He sat down, sitting his backpack near his feet. He lied back some, ready to see his friend. A girl with long purple dyed hair sat next to him. She wore a grey sweatshirt and white and red shorts. She stayed silent while the flight attendant gave the safety speech. 

Afterwards, the girl got her phone. She went on twitter. Jake caught a glance at what she was tweeting. 

'I'm on a plane sitting r-' The girl shifted, moving the phone out of his view. 'Probably knows who I am,' Jake thought. She turned over to him and took a deep breath. 

"Are you the real Jayingee," she questioned nervously. Jake chuckled a bit. "Yes, I am, I guess you're a fan?"

"I'm a huge fan! I love your videos! My name is Li by the way," she stated with enthusiasm. 

"Well hi then Li!" Jake said with a bit of nervousness. He always got a bit shy when talking with fans, but he rarely showed it.

"I know this is sudden and I'm sorry, but can I have your number? It's fine if you say no."

Jake thought for a moment. "Hmm, I guess, don't leak it though!"

"I promise," she enthused. They exchanged numbers and carried on a conversation.
