Innocence

Kieran opens his eyes, he thinks "Fuck! Not another day."
This is his life one of hardship, pain and suffering

Kieran has not had the best life from his birth he was abused mentally and physically by his father, his mother had also been abused by this force of evil.

He gets up preparing for the school day which by now has felt like hell.
It was something that needed to be done, it's been 2 years now since his father died of a heart attack which left his mom and him with money, this made him happy but all the abuse him and his mother endured could not be taken away by money, his mother had a stroke and now she just sits in front of the tv most days and says nothing.

Its his job to take care of him and his mom, he does all he can because she is the only one who ever cared for him.

He gets dressed, makes his mom and himself breakfast and heads off to the stop to wait for his school bus.

Sitting down at the stop he hears the shouting of a girl, he looks over in the direction of where the noise was coming from.

He sees two guys tugging at a girls clothes and slapping her around.

He walks in the direction of them, "Hey, leave her alone", he shouts.

"Piss off", the two guys scream back and just continue to torture the girl.

"I said leave her alone", he says and pulls one of the guys by the shoulder so he could stop.

The guy turns around and punchs Kieran square in the face, his nose starts to bleed.

"Let her go, we can have fun with this piece of shit right here"

The girl runs away as she is now free to do so.

He gets thrown to the ground and the two guys start kicking at his face and body.
He yells out in pain as his blood flys all over the place, they finish him off by kicking him in the head and spit on him.

He lay there beaten badly, thinking "Wow this is what I get for trying to do the right thing, I guess I should just have left it to be."

The guys walk away smiling making crying faces at him and laughing.

He gets up feeling sharp pains all over his body and his head wet from the blood, he takes his book bag off reaches in and retrieves his gym clothes and uses it to put pressure on his head to slow down the bleeding.

He gets up still being in pain, he walks to the nearest public bathroom to wash off all the blood on his clothing.

Entering the bathroom he gets a foul smell of excrement and pee.
Closing his nose he enters and quickly rinses the blood off his clothes and runs out with the smell still on his nose.

He lets go of the breathe he was holding in because it no longer felt like he could hold it in.

Just then he hears the siren of his bus looks over and starts running for it.
He slams on the door and the driver opens the door he gets in and walks down the passage looking for a seat.

He finds one and takes a seat he lays his head back on the seat closes his eyes and thinks back to what just happened and what he could have done differently.

With his eyes closed he plays back the confrontation.

He is walking towards the guys yelling out the same thing.
The guys look over to him and does not pay mind to him, Kieran reaches for the guys shoulder.
The guy goes to punch but this time Kieran blocks the punch and throws him to the ground, the other shocked forgets about the girl and she starts to run, the one that lets her go tries to punch him.

Kieran pulls out a knife and slices his throat, the blood gushes from his throat he starts to choke on his own blood, while the other gets up and tries to run, Kieran throws him in the head with the knife, and the guy drops to the floor.

He is woken up when the bus hits a bump in the road, and he knocks his head hard against the seat.

He starts to feel the pain more in his head, he looks outside the window and notices that he has arrived at school.

"Well, hell awaits me lets get this over with as soon as possible."

The day went by normal, normal as in terms of Kieran, people called him a retard, made fun to the fact that his mom had a stroke and they beat him up, but today for some reason an anger was building up in Kieran and he needed make it come out.

It was time to leave, Kieran always took the path through the forest as it was much quicker to reach the bus stop, as he is walking, he notices one of those guys that beat him up the earlier that morning.

Feeling that rage come back and Feeling oh helplessness, walks behind the guy with full intention of hurting him, Kieran picks up a massive log and slowly gets up behind the guy, he steps on a twig the guy hears  it and turns  around.

Kieran swings the log aiming for the guys feet, the guy collapses on the floor, "You like this asshole, how does it feel to be the one in pain", Kieran screams at him.

"Please you don't have to do this", the guy says and kicks Kieran at the ankles, Kieran falls to the ground and was on his back the guy climbs on top of him and starts punching him.

"Nice try you little girl", the guy says.

Kieran blocks with one hand and with the other fells his surroundings and while feeling around all the leaves he fells a bottle, he picks it up and smashes it.

Not taking notice of him the guy continues to punch him non-stop with one smooth slice, Kieran cuts the guys neck and the blood started pouring from his neck.

Kieran pushes the guy off of him, the guy starts chocking and trys to keep hold of his neck to stop the bleeding.

Kieran just stands and watches him bleed out and says,"Enough is fucking enough."
