Chapter 14

Chapter 14:

I made it to the hospital again. Keaton was awake and talking the the doctors. That was a big sigh of relief.

"Is he okay?" I asked one of the doctors standing next to Keaton's bed side.

M"Yeah he's going to have to stay here for a few days though. He has a major stab wound." The doctor said pointing to Keaton's arm. I nodded. "How come he passed out last night?" I asked confused. "We don't really know, we think it's from shock." The doctor nodded.

"How are you feeling buddy?" I asked. "Better." Keaton said looking over at me.

"I will be back, I promised Piper I would call her and let her know that everything's alright." I said standing up.

"Okay, and since they're still investigating my apartment can I stay with you guys for a few days after I get out I here?" Keaton asked. "Of course." I smiled. I walked outside and called Piper, she answered the phone quickly. "Is he okay?" She yelled immediately.

"He's fine,"
"he may has to stay here for a few days.. Then he's going to stay with us until they finish investigating his house." I said.

"Okay that's fine." Piper sighed.

*PIPER'S POV*

Wes and I have visited Keaton every day since that day. And Keaton was supposed to get out tomorrow. The boys had to cancel a bunch of shows, but that's okay because his health is more important. Wes and I were fixing up the guest room for him.

"It's going to be wired living with an extra person." I said putting the sheets across the bed.

"I bet he will like our cat." Wes chuckled. "I bet. We still need to name it.." I said. "Keaton will name it." Wes said.

Then he fell back on the bed. "Wes get up! We need to fix this for Keaton." I yelled.

"Let's take a break." He smirked.
"You haven't done anything, if anyone needs a break it's me." I giggled.

"Then take one with me." He said pulling me onto the bed with him.

"We can't be all romantic around Keaton, okay?" Wes said. "K." I sighed. He kissed my cheek. He wrapped his arms around me.

"I love you." He whispered.

"I love you too."

Today we picked up Keaton from the hospital, and took him back to our apartment. We took his stuff to the guest room. "I think I kind of want to move after all of this." Keaton sighed. "Yeah I could understand that." I nodded.

"And I've been thinking about going back to Washington.." He said looking down at his feet.

"Keaton you can't move back to Washington with the band and everything." Wes said. "I know, but I would like to." Keaton shrugged.

"I'm going to bed." Keaton said going to his room. "Is he okay?" I whispered to Wes. Wes shrugged.

"I think dark Keaton is making a comeback." Wes said sitting at the kitchen table.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused. "Keaton was always depressed when he was younger. Haven't I told you this?" Wes questioned. "Probably, I don't know." I shrugged.

"What do you want for dinner?" Wes asked. "Nothing I'm not hungry." I said. "First Keaton, now you. What's wrong?" Wes asked putting his arms around me.

"I'm worried about Keaton.." I sighed. "He will be okay." Wes whispered. "But what if he goes back to Washington, what will happen to your band?" I asked looking up at him.

"That's his choice." Wes shrugged.

"You act like its nothing, do you even care about your band?" I spat.

"Of course I do!" Wes snapped.

"Then why aren't you worried about Keaton?" I asked pushing him off of me. "I am, I'm just saying it's his decision!" Wes yelled.

"No, you're basically saying that you don't care!" I said crossing my arms.

"Piper you're pissing me off!" Wes yelled standing up and slamming the chair in. "Well you're pissing me off Wesley!" I yelled.

"Just leave me alone for the rest of the night, please." Wes said going to the bedroom.

"My pleasure." I fake smiled and sat down on the couch. Wes slammed the door. We argue over the dumbest stuff, I don't understand it.
