Prologue

"Unhand me!" I breathed angrily. "You are the worst of scoundrels!"

He had no move to do so.

I yelled at him. I don't yell at him without any reason, I'm not a fool person.

I'm breathing quickened. I could feel cauldron of apprehension and yearning deep inside me, weighing me down, keeping me from moving.

I gasped and tried to jerk my hand from his, but he held my firm. He's gaze dropped to my lips; his black lashes formed tiny little crescents across his cheek. He lifted his free hand and carefully touched two fingers to my lips.as if he meant to see if they were real

, completely drawn in by a powerful craving, I parted my lips and drew the tip of his finger into my mouth caressing it with my tongue.

Nakita kong napa lunok siya sa ginawa ko, ano ngayun huh? Mr.Owen Percy a goddamn jerk seducing me? Oh come on baka siya pa. I'm good in this Owen don't play games with me. *smirk*

It was such a simple gesture pero it was the most sensual thing a man had ever done to me. I found myself in a desperate moment shit. I had no idea how I had come to this point of desiring him. Nababaliw na ata ako napasahan na ata ako ng virus ng kalaswaan niya.

I could feel his  warm breath on my skin, skimming over my eyelids, down to my cheek, he had not actually touched me, yet his nearness was blistering.

"Surely you know the best way to entice a man is to provoke him" he murmured as he removed his finger from my mouth and slipped his arm around my waist. Drawing me into him, pressing me into his body which was as hard as rock.

"Don't touch me," i said

"I already am," he reminded me pssh! Ang yabang talaga puro kalandian nasa isip.

"But you can stop it, Miss Briones, if you so desire. Just a word NO and I shall take my hand from your body."

The words was on the tip of my tongue, but I was spellbound by the smoldering look in his eyes, the powerful feel of his body against mine, the silky caress of his hand against my arm. Ano bang ginagawa mo sakin Mr. Owen Percy!

"One word" he said again, his gaze on my mouth.
