[Connor Welsh] His power is Water Manipulation. When he is found, he's freshly escaped the D.U.P so he has a high bounty on his head.

[Dennis Rowe] Son of Delsin Rowe. His power is Smoke. Just like his father he's basically a 'power sponge'

[The White Rabbit] Her name is unknown, but she appears once in a while to help Dennis and his friends. Only Dylan knows The White Rabbit's true identity.
