Golden shadows

Chapter 1

It was the first time she was traveling abroad. She decided to travel to Egypt all alone as present for her graduation. She was working while she was studying so she had earned enough money to travel. She had rented a small house close to the sea. She was planning to stay there the whole summer. The view was amazing especially at the sunset. She had taken many pictures and the best photo she had taken had captured an eagle while he was flying in front of the sun.
She was on a tour now on the pyramids. The tour guide explained to them everything related to to the ancient Egyptians with many details. The tour was almost over when she noticed a small street. A small voice inside her was telling her to follow this path. She ended up in front of a locked door. Definitely there was a way inside so she followed her instincts. Soon she was inside. On every wall there were hyerogluphics. They seemed like instructions on how to find what was really hidden there. She discovered a hidden door on the wall and she entered there. Now she was in the middle of a huge room. Everything there was made by gold. There was something like a pool there filled with a strange golden liquid. She removed her clothes and she got in the pool. The liquid was too cold but she didn't mind. Suddenly her whole body was on pain. She wanted to scream but no sound came from her mouth. Something pierced her body and started removing her blood. Soon she was feeling too weak and she was about to faint but she knew that if she lose consciousness now she would be dead, so she tried to bear the pain. The liquid that was in the pool replaced her blood. Slowly she started to feel stronger and more powerful. When she went out of the pool she was sure for one thing. She wasn't human anymore...
