"Tyler."

"That's my- uh, my name, Mister Argo"

"Well then, you must know why i've called you down here, M-r. Eldrin"

"Shi-aaaah i mean- y- yes i do, Mister Argo"

"Then how about you tell me?"

"Well- uh- i uh.. um.. uh well- i...um.."

"Don't give me that studder, Tyler. you're here because you're failing the Eighth grade, and it's Third Quarter already. What do you plan on doing about this?"

"Well- I was going.. going to- to- to-"

"Tyler, i'm sending home a failing report, and I want it signed by Monday. Now, get back to science and do your work before we add that to the missing assignments."

======

Tyler left the councelor's office minutes later with the failing report in hand. In succession to this event, he realized 2 truths at the exact same time. He was to fail the grade, and to make matters worse, his parents were strictly against summer school. This is one of the many reasons he disliked his parents, but of course it was natural for teens to hate their parents, so no one seemed to worry.

Despite many child services calls, and suggestions to divorce, the godawful Eldrin family stayed the same for the next Four years.

Mr. Eldrin, and Mrs. Harty-Eldrin were the Physical Embodiments Of Hell for Tyler, and his older brother Kieth. They didn't allow electronic use on weekdays, or on weekends until homework was completely done, and all projects for the next week were finished and in A+ condition. To add on to this, they were not allowed to leave the house unless accompanied by one or two friends, which due to the social seclusion the boys faced, was an impossible feat. They both were privately taught and homeschooled until grade six, when Keith pleaded to go to public school nonstop for weeks. He screamed, yelled, and cried until the weary parents finally agreed to it. Keith soon made it aparent that he would only go on one condition. That condition was, infact to let his younger brother do the same once he came of age.

At 14, Tyler had found ways to use his phone to talk to friends, who were mostly online, but some were from his school. They were known as Gaz: his brother's girlfriend, Meg: his jam buddy, Skee-ball: his band-mate, and Mikey: the mail-boy and best friend of Tyler. Mikey likes to be called Jimmy because of his last name, though. which, by the way, is Way. He was NEVER in the mood to be called Mikey Way.

Looking at them all together, you wouldn't be able to see anything in common. although their physical appearances differ greatly, it's mostly music that brings them together. One band in particular, actually.

Bind The Blind  is a british-american shock-rock band that usually wrote about the injustices relating to the disabled, or things like  school, depressive feelings, and other usually overused topics like love and religion. One thing that could be arguably agreed on that makes them different however, is their ingenious backmasking, their TWO lead singers, and their confusing lyrics.

===

After failing the 8th grade due to his mental state not letting him focus, Tyler was forced to spend the next 4 years of school in his house, barely ever going outside.

"Ty! I told you a million times that leaving is forbidden! Keith, please tell him what I mean!"

Mrs. Harty-Eldrin was furious, crying in the hallway dressed in only fancy night-wear.

"Mom, stop. He's Eighteen, not Five- and, I'm Twenty-One. I can handle a few teens going to the movies with me."

Keith had black hair, which was pinned back in a pony-tail holder. He had a piercing on his left eyebrow engraved with the number 9, where Tyler had one with the number 6. His outfit consisted of a leather jacket, chain choker, and a pair of checkered flats on his feet. Ripped grey skinny jeans adorned his freakishly small and lanky frame as well.
